Lukoumades - The Greek Donut reviews
66Great donuts but hit and miss service. Also very slow every time I’ve been. Expect minimum 20min wait time (!) even when it’s quiet and longer at peak times. Our order was forgotten one time too (on a quiet night). We waited 30 minutes for our one serve of donuts and got no apology for forgetting. Anyway go for the food but be prepared to wait and don’t expect friendly service!
Really good place, nice location too. The Lukoumades are mouth watering and transport you to a desert world of goodness. A bit on the pricy side and in store seats are minimal but definitely worth it!
Very disappointed your entering elite henley beach and the staff have no warm smiles on their faces.the finikia biscuit was hard and dry - the coffee lukewarm.just imagine a year from now.
Had a coffee with my dessert which would be in contention for worst I have ever had in my entire life, or ever will for that matter. It was bitter in every aspect, tasting of both burnt coffee and milk along with some other unknown unpleasant flavour. However, their saving grace is that the actual dessert was glorious, the donuts were soft and had a good flavour on their own, and the toppings were delicious and applied generously.
Disappointing all round. Everything we ordered was very very ordinary. Wouldnt bother recommending it nor returning. Service needs improving.
Not consistent with the making of the doughnut. It was practically deep fried balls of dough, and it wasn't even crunchy on the outside. Still so soft and difficult to bite through and eat with that little toothpick given.
