Lukoumades - The Greek Donut

Not consistent with the making of the doughnut. It was practically deep fried balls of dough, and it wasn't even crunchy on the outside. Still so soft and difficult to bite through and eat with that little toothpick given. It depends on the staff working on that shift. There's a particular staff I'd avoid in preparing my doughnuts. Always get a bad serve when it’s her shift.

This might have to be my favourite dessert place in Adelaide by miles! Loukamades was first introduced to me way back when they opened, and boy they have remained the same level of customer service from frying up a well tasting donut to smothering them with amazing chocolaty flavours Best value for money!

Not the worst but they are more interested in filling their Uber eats orders than their dine in customers. Long wait for just ok food. Won't be back.

This place is pure chaos in the worst possible way. Service from staff was poor, as was the hygiene standards of the kitchen and dining areas with rubbish and flour everywhere. Staff had little regard for customers inside and no respect for food delivery drivers, nor did they know how to make half of the items on the menu. Thoroughly disappointed and will not be returning.

Ordered a Hot chocolate through a food delivery service for pick up. Went in to collect my order, was rudely told to just pick it up from out the front. Didnt even check the order on my phone or anything. Walked out the front, could have taken anyone's deliveries because the girls staffed were just laughing to each other and not paying any attention. One girl, (not the rude girl that talked down to me just because they assumed i was a delivery driver), noticed I was waiting and asked me what I was waiting for. Told her about my pick up order, she realised that I had no idea what I was looking for and made my order for me.

Overall I was left pretty astounded at how horribly the first girl talked to me. I would not like to be a delivery driver coming into that environment where she obviously thinks she is better than me just because of my job.

I am also astounded no one checked my order once. I could have easily just taken anyone elses order and walked off no questions asked.

Would not be happy paying staff with penalty rates on a sunday this rude doing such minimal work.

Yummy donuts and amazing service. I would rate it a 10/10 and I will be coming back again with my family and friends! Just amazing.

I just went in tonight and the girl's were amazing. They were so engaging and had great customer service. Was such a great atmosphere, even more so then normal! Loved it xx

Staff are trained poorly, few of them don't know how to make greek coffee. Apparently the manager/owner is never around and also seems like some wage theft is going on. These are all very young girls if not teenagers. Absolutely horrible.

Had to wait so long and didn’t end up waiting as it took 25 minutes for take away and the girls making it look very unclean

Pretty good, I personally liked the Dark chocolate donuts however it totally depends on the personal choice if you are sweet lover you might like it.worth a shot though

Worst service i have ever seen. I waited there almost 1 hour but after such time they didn’t even start preparing my order. Never ever visted such a stupid place

Take half an hour to finish my take away. I order two donut and a thickshake only. Service is way too slow

It's okay. The service was really slow which wasn't great given that they weren't busy. The food was fine in its own way but it's a gimmick that doesn't really make sense. If you take the donut things away it's just a bowl of ice-cream and chocolate sauce, not really anything new and not really worth it.

Tried Lukoumades for the first time and very satisfied with the donut, gelato and also the ambience.

Donuts are always great, ordered a few times via Uber eats.
Although we decided to come in tonight and had the WORST customer service from one of the girls, unfortunately. She was very rude, cold and uninterested in her job.

I didn’t try the food yet don’t even feel like coz I’m waiting and waiting for my order for more than half and hour. No one is served yet. I’m going without my food.

Absolutely disgusting.
I ordered with Uber eats from the Hyde park location and were excited to try the hyped up donuts.
When they came they looked good and we bit into them they were crispy but as we did so, oil poured out. Absolutely dripping with oil. Not even the chocolate could cover the overpowering taste of oil. Not even good olive oil it were cheap canola oil which tasted like fish. Very disappointed, your yia-yia would not be proud. Malakas!

Came here last night for dessert with a friend from out of town, and was very, very impressed with the standard of service and quality of the products. I asked the lady behind the counter for a product recommendation, and she was incredibly helpful in her response. I was definitely not disappointed with the product she recommended, and can happily say that I will be coming here again!

Wow, I’ve never had Lukoumades before but I know why they are popular now! I had the gaytime loaded ones and they were so good, lots of flavour and chocolate. Only con was the price, $15 was a little steep.
