Person who served me was very polite and knew what i was after. Ordered 10 piece with 2 large chips and frozen drinks. While in there it was very quiet with enjoyable music
Great little KFC, well presented interior with a modern design. Service was excellent and extremely quick. Chicken was great quality along with everything else in the burge, chips were fresh and well salted and the drink was nice and cold. Highly recommend this KFC.
Enjoyed the food today just not the dining area. Luckily it was cleaned whilst we were there otherwise the score would have been lower. Still a nice KFC and the food tased good.
Have eaten kfc in years as I always get something missing out of my order and always get a slimy piece of chicken, well tried again tonight and it worse stuff up order twice, and a the chicken was over cooked and slimy dont know how that happens but it did, so again I wont be buying kfc ever again.
Your store keeps messing things up. Only get bad experiences at your store. Now going elsewhere. Only a matter of time before you get a mystery shopper from current affairs in.
Fast efficient service, clean premises. Ate in and could hear TL asking crew to perform tasks and always with either a please or thank you. Was very impressed with her communication skills
Poor service you dont always get what you ordered and the chicken is either overcooked or been re cooked. We live just around the corner of KFC Playford but we go to Munno Para instead
Had to repeat the order three times but eventually they got it right! They need to stop trying to rush orders through at busy times and make sure the order is right. Should not be charged for sauces when you spend $70 on a family meal! Food was nice and we all enjoyed it.
Boy who served me was very professional and welcoming. I was very specific with my order and he reiterated it to the girl whom was packing my order and she followed to the letter. Very happy with the service. She also threw in a free chocolate mousse due to a longish wait.
I just ordered a Zinger boxed meal and found out they had no wicked wings left so they traded 3 wicked wings for 1 tiny tender, I don’t find this a fair trade. I also asked for no mayo on my burger and it was repeated back to me three times, then when I got home there was mayo.
It was only 8 o'clock and this particular KFC had already ran out of chicken. I then had to drive a further 20 minutes out of my way just to get dinner. Only to find that by the time I got home our dinner was already cold which added to our already established disappointment.
