KFC Playford

For a fast food establishment, it is on par with any others from North to south. Some times its a little off and sometimes it is o point. People who complain need to go somewhere and struggle to get food in order to appreciate the convenience of fast food. Be kind to those who male and serve your food, they are people too.

Left us waiting in the parking lot for half an hour while they "cooked zingers". Turns out they'd accidentally cancelled our order and just forgot we were there. Ended up eating leftover, lukewarm, mediocre burgers at 11: 30pm.

Quite regularly out of things. Or waiting on something to heat up defrost etc. Not the most organised.

Dont even care about the delivery drivers. Worst staff seen ever in 3 years of delivering…

Every people have their jobs.you should learn to respect others.

Standard quality of food. At least the restaurant is new. Unfortunately it’s ALWAYS filthy. Tables never get wiped down unless you ask. But getting the attention of staff is hardest part. They don’t even want to look at anyone standing at the counter. So the girl comes and wipes the table, brushing crumbs all over the wife. Not impressed. And why not wipe down a few more tables while you have the cloth. No, let’s just leave them all greasy and covered in food. And definitely don’t look on the ground near the chip servery. It’s enough to put you off your dinner.

Don't have 10 girls working at the same time in a fast food shop, it took 15 minutes to make an order because they are chatting away singing to music.

I have revised my previous 3 star rating from last year, to now 5 stars.

Due to recent improvements in the food being way fresher & yummier, as well as friendlier customer service I'd have to assume there has been a change of management / staff, at any rate well done team!

Totally got the order wrong once again! Returned to explain the issue, got the biggest death stare from one of your monkeys, absolutely disgusting! Lift your game kfc!

This is beyond a joke.
You say your dine in is open when it's actually not. We called up the other night and stated we do not have a car and we're told we can be served on a bike as long as there are no other cars in the drive through. Go there today and won't serve us because we are on a bike although there are no cars around or any signs stating no bikes. Tell us we can go to the door after we get home in 35° heat.
Lost a customer and all of my respect.

We just bought ours used drive thru and the service sucks! By the time we came home, some items where missing and they used broken boxes that as soon as we got the box out of the paper bag it gone through the box and food went all over the floor. So much for fast food that they just rush not checking at all.

The experience with the staff was very bad. They are full of attitude and giving old chicken and not giving any utensils with food.

Make sure you triple check your order before you take it home. These guys make SO many mistakes. I just got a zinger box with no chicken… this a vegan establishment or sometjing? I’ve seriously never been to a KFC so bad. The staff at the drive thru windows have no idea.

Got our meals via uber eats chips and wings were ice cold but yet the burger and twister were almost too hot to eat. What a complete waste of $40 should have gone to the pub and got a decent meal for that price. Will never eat from this KFC ever again

Now and then I like to have KFC but what a disappointment experience was today! This place is about 2 minutes drive from home and when I arrived home and put it on the table the bag was so socked with oil that all the chicken fell even the boxes where destroyed with the the oil. I took photos of it. It was so disgusting I wasn't even able to eat it. Kentucky Oily Chicken never again.

Absolutely atrocious, 1st time having KFC in 4 years, and never again. Staff not understanding, asked no wings, got 4 out of 8, zinger burger sloppy, chips flat and cold. Potato and gravy yeah nah, yes busy, but no excuses. Can't believe that I have to give 1 star, total waste of cash. Hospital food was better.

I have never been here before so I would recommend to go here. KFC sells food and water for those who are willing to pay for it. Humans serve you, so for those people who fear aliens and robots, you will be fine at this restaurant.

Food is like other KFC's. The customer service is what makes it different and the service is great here. The team has great communication and appreciate their customers.

Out of the fast food restaurants around the area. This one is the least likely to stuff up. 99% accuracy, every time.

Waited in one lane while two other cars that came after me in the other lane ordered before my order was taken. The food was fine. They need to brush up on their service though.qq
