I know from my personal experience this is one of the most fabulous KFC in entire South Australia. The staff are one of the most courteous and they are always aiming to please. Especially one Ms Phoebe is the best of all and I can't thank them enough for their hospitality and customer service. I wish them the very best for their highest standards in everything they do. Very very proud of you all

I'm over it. I got put off going there because of order stuff ups. I was on my way home, it was getting late and we needed dinner. I risked it, and well, it was proven for the last time. Whether you're in drive thru or walk in, they stuff up orders on a large basis. And of course, you try and ring to notify and it goes straight to message bank

Standard KFC experience. Haven't stuffed my order up yet and have never been made to wait. Can't complain.

This place is horrible. I ordered a zinger box and what i got was far from satisfactory.there were only 2 wicked wing which were way too small.the chips were dry and oversalted, i didnt get my drink and the burger was thrown together too quickly.while waiting for my meal, i saw a worker drop some wings and pick them back up.i will ot be coming back here

Not organised. Ordered via app. When I went into store, mine was second being prepared. No original fillets for burger, pepsi freeze on defrost, no correct straws for the freeze, no cutlery/wipes given, no boxes big enough fir the feast order. Loud social discussions in cook area. Wait on fries, while chicken boxed getting cold. Seriously, whoever has this particular franchise needs to oversee it more.

Worst ever staff.they are just talking with their collegues and they had only one pending order. Whem I ask them how long for my order.one of their staff told me that I am not packing the order which is very rude. They don't even know how to talk with customers.

None of the workers are wearing glovs while serving the food… the workers are touching there hair then touching the food I felt disgusted

Absolute shocking experience if you come past for something to eat at this place just don’t you’re literally better off going anywhere else

I was disgusted at the lack of service I received tonight. I ordered online only to arrive and still had to wait 35 minutes in the drive through and then be told half my order had to be changed because they had no cooked chicken fillets and then still left items out of my order. To which they wanted me to proceed back through the now double sized line up in the drive through to get the food they "forgot". As for hygiene and cleanliness of that place, just gross. Finally got home to feed the family by this time the burgers were falling apart and soggy and the chips were cold and not even edible.

Hit and miss with service and correct orders. It’s far better to attend in person, rather than having a delivery from this store. I will add though that they always seem to be very very busy which could contribute to mistakes. Either way never stops me from returning

Asked about a special I'd seen, got a mumbled reply (due to mask) and my order got mixed up due to this. The girl (African looking) who took my order checked before charging, realised the mistake and put the correct order through. The girl (Caucasian looking) who opened the bag, looked at the ticket and handed the order seemed not to care, I said I have a long (20 min) drive home, this better be correct and was assured it was. Got home and the order was wrong. Rang to let them know, it went straight to voicemail, this angered me, I tried again a few minutes later, straight to voicemail again. So I had to drive back, I asked to speak with the manager who tried to make excuses for the first girl which is when I corrected her that it was not that girl at fault but the person who handed the incorrect order to me. So my word of advice is check your order before you leave that window.

A girl named Caitlin with short black hair and bangs served me in drive thru the other night. She was super friendly and made me feel like my order was important. Overall love this KFC and hope to get Caitlin again in the drive thru because she was so lovely ️

Quick drive through service and decent price for combo meal. Was hot and tasty and my change to regular order was completed.

They are great for stuffing up your drive-thru order so you have to then park up and go inside to sort it out.

Chips not a full pack and had to ask for serviette and a straw. The meal tasted great and service was OK, clean and Covid compliant store. Not to the same standard as my last visit.

Every seat and table is dirty. Floor is filthy.
Dining room is freezing
Hope the kitchen is cleaner

Ordered an original recipe meal.they forgot the burger.got the chips and drink but no burger
