I use the drive-thru.

I have found ordering easy, unlike the competition with the microphone system failing resulting in repeating or even driving off. Not here, it works, its clear and simple.

The staff are clear and helpful when ordering. My experience is that I have got what I ordered. It was fresh, hot and very yummy.

Very happy with my food and the over all experience.

Took 10 minutes to get through the drive through to the window only to be told to go park and they'll being it out. 10 minutes later I'm still waiting in the carpark. The drive through has 10 cars waiting in each lane and no one is getting anything. The carpark is full of people in cars waiting for drive through orders. Poorly organised, and very poorly managed. If you know you are going to be busy, PREPARE. This wait is not good enough.

I still think this is one of the best KFC around my area and honestly they must be doing something right as tonight was the 3rd or 4th consecutive night that I've seen it being packed both in store and drive through and having to wait a little longer in terms of getting served and picking up the order.
Now the bad if you can call it that, they have on occasion forgotten an item or two, but we've rang them back and spoke to the rostered on manager and they're replaced the missing items and depending on the manager have added an extra item or two.

They need to keep checking there staffing as they never get it correct when the food is ordered always make wrong food up. Or when packed.

Ordered a large meal, got to drive through window ended up with a can of drink. Notified the trainee it was a large meal ordered she quickly rectified the issue with a smile & apology. Got the order at last window and drove off, realised I had a small chips and went back through to fix the minor issue. Was sent to the last window where I assume the manager met me with a rude and abrupt you only paid for a regular meal and handed me a large chips, Issue rectified. I would of even paid the difference but the manager had no time to listen to what happened and I was under the assumption I paid for the large meal i ordered. My only issue was the managers rude attitude and i think if she took a little advice from the kind trainee on how to treat people, poor reviews like this won't be left.

Friendly staff and typically don't have any mix-ups with orders but when they do they're always polite and happy to fix

Fast service and the kids loved it, and as I have a shoulder injury, my order was taken out to my car for me, much appreciated

So much better chicken out here than the one in Elizabeth, there's chicken seems to be more greasy and chips are soggy almost cold. Prefer to travel the extra klm's and enjoy the feed than having to continually wipe greasy hands.
Keep it up guys we'll be back again.

Ran out of chicken tenders but didn't tell me until I was already at the pay window after I had placed my order. The staff member who served me then rocked back and forth staring at me like an impatient 10 year old why I tried to think of what else I could order instead

Unfortunately I was charged double for my meal threw the app, but even though they were VERY VERY busy inside and in the drive through they were able to get it sorted promptly and were very polite. Everyone working did amazing under the stressful conditions!

It's always hit and miss with this kfc you never get a good meal 2 times in a row most times the food is greasy and barely warm and I only live two minutes from the store. The staff a rarely smiling I have decided not to visit this store again. I have been a customer since it opened but the last 12 months it really has gone down hill.

Every single worker here always seems to working their hardest and putting in their best efforts.

I always put through big custom orders and not once have they messed it up. Whoever the manager is, they need to give all the staff a pat on the back and maybe a raise haha.

Order a zinger box it had a bite mark eaten, NOT eaten just a light bite mark. Not impressed, Smithfield is FARRR superior

Ordered and had to wait 15 minutes to finally get my order, missing items. Out of 10 pieces of chicken 6 of them were tiny wings! Still better than the Paralowie store! Will definitely think twice before returning.

Absolutely useless! Waiting for over half an hour just to place order only to get to the window after paying for them to say there's still a 12 minute wait for the chicken

Food was cooked nicely and customer service was fantastic. A very polite young lady served me. However, all our large boxes of chips were half full, they were requesting more but obviously split what was left between the 3 boxes. What we had would have fit in two boxes. Not 3 like he made it.
Then the maxi popcorn chicken was just over half full.
I watched him put the popcorn chicken in there and he used up what was in the tray in front of him and instead of waiting for more to be ready he closed the box and put it in the bag. I didn't think much of it till I got home and realised it would have maybe filled a regular box. That was disappointing. Instead of rushing they need to take time to give us what we pay for. Not half fill boxes and send us on our way.

While you would expect all KFC locations are the same I've found KFC Playford consistently above average in terms of their quick and accurate service. I'll actually avoid other KFC locations that are closer to go to Playford instead. Great team and it certainly makes a difference.
