KFC Eastwood

Staff are always grumpy as if they have lost something important in their life. Customer service is worst.

It has kfc, stood at counter for 3 & 1/2 minutes before anyone even realized we were there.

Very poor today, very very slow service, my order was wrong to other people waiting with me their order was also wrong, very very disorganised, the staff were more interested in talking amongst themselves then getting the orders correct.

Store ran out of both lettuce and chips, we ordered 2 zinger stacker meals and asked for popcorn chicken to replace the 2 chips and missing lettuce, got 2 snack sized popcorn chicken and burgers didn't even have the sauces requested from the app. Driest meal that I've ever had, and still hungry.

Food is as per normal (As per KFC standards), however at all times of the day (I have visited at 12pm, 1pm and during the dinner rush 6pm, 7pm) that the store always seems understaffed. I have noticed on many occasions that the staff are lackadaisical and are lacking training.

Everytime i drive thru there, always forget the drink. Please staffs, if u read this. Please look after what the order carefully.

Bloody mel went back to kfc after going to mcdonalds at myers, actually getting my undies in twist now as i have to deal with mel and the crazy mexican ethan (the other reviewer) had to deal with, so i told them to stop and alass they didnt and continued to try to penetrate my pet emu

Typical KFC food on a par with all the others. Diabolical location and limited parking. Avoid mid afternoons seems to be full of hungry school kids.

I spent about $9 dollars and bought 2 pieces of chicken, mashed potatoes and coleslaw tonight about 45 minutes ago. I also donated small amount $1.50 to charity as the person asked for it at the drive through window. I parked the car at the Foodland car park on Glen osmond rd so I can eat. There was no serviette, no cutlery, no straw. I couldn't eat the mash potatoes and coleslaw. Lucky I had some wet ones in the car to wipe my fingers.

Consistently terrible 3 piece feeds, please go to any other kfc in Adelaide. # worst store in South Australia

Always ordered thru the app. Always have to come back because my orders are always incomplete. Dont know why they always do that. I complained several times to this store. I dont have a choice though there isn't another store close nearby.

Once a month I treat myself to this place, without a doubt it’s always terrible, no matter what you do the order is consistently getting it wrong.
