KFC Eastwood

Food was cold and overcooked even after i waited 15 minutes in the queue. The chips were cold and soggy and tasted like the old oil they were cooked in. Asked for extra salt as they always seem to forget to salt the chips, chips came with no salt. Really gross food

Stood at the counter for a few minutes and wasn't even acknowledged by staff. Can't be bothered to order if the process of ordering is going to be that slow.

Went inside as drive thru was busy ended up waiting for 20 minutes before we got served. Food was good tho.

Fries were soggy, cold and gross! Treated like they'd been scrapped up of the kitchen floor or something. Literally inedible.

Sunday 16th May.
Chicken available standing too long. Dark coating meat gone stringy. Chips Limp and soggy.
No wrap for me to have a twister. Perhaps replacement meals should probably be offered

Restaurant is very clean and covid safe. But chicken are very dry, burger patty is dry and cold, couldn't recommend this place if you are looking for a tasty meal.

Do I start with the staff member with a fringe covering her entire face, or the fact that they took my order and told me over ten minutes later that they didn't actually have stock to fulfil the order? The floor my shoes stuck to? Maybe the long wait to be served at all? The refund they gave me only after I asked for it, and which was only half of what was due?
A very disappointing experience, culminating in cold and poorly prepared food.
Won't be back at this store again.

Oder No 3168
It was terrible. I ordered online at 2.08 after 20 min I reached there. It wasn't prepared. I waited 10min and asked again my oder. Then they prepared it. The burger was disgusting, it was full of souce. I have photos of that. Very disappointing experience

Despite being a very busy Friday lunchtime, service in store was quick and efficient. Food was fresh, well put together and cooked perfectly.
The only negatives were cleanliness in the restrooms and music was a little loud

This KFC is at a traffic node. Parking is convenient. Can drive through. One side out is Greenhill Road and the other side is Glen Osmond Road.

Sunday afternoon. Order was taken rudely and food handled in an unacceptable way. No sanitation given cutlery napkins wet cloth etc.
And in the middle of a Pandemic. Brief look inside behind the counter looked more like night club than a food takeaway shop.

Never can get order right. Have finally given up going to this my closest KFC site - will go to other sites that get it right. Staff here, even after been questioned to check, have simply stated everything is there - when it's not! Don't know whether it's laziness or incompetence?

Would not honour my voucher as per the terms and condition. Wrote to KFC response was exceptional, the misunderstanding sorted out

Chicken was hot, chicken was crispy. S Staff were friendly and trainee who served me was well trained and through, the store was clean which I find as a semi regular of this store is occasionally an issue.

One guy was so rude, didn’t bother answering questions. He was aggressive to ask me to leave even I stayed 5 metres away from the backdoor. Will never order any food from this store extremely disappointed respect people or do not talk

Thought KFC had a receipe.uncooked chicken, no salt on chips & no pepper in potatoe & gravy.chicken taste strange.
Worst in the World & never going back.

I quite enjoy KFC, it is just a shame that Eastwood store is the closest one to me. Every time I go there they stuff the order. The store is Always absolutely filthy and the kids that work there couldn’t care less. Aporto is just down the road and now getting my business from today.

Staff are lazy that few will greet you with a smile. Some are insufficiently trained as they have to summon their supervisor to finish some operations on registers. Bright side is there is a drive-in lane and enough car park.

Staff are always friendly. Freshly cooked chicken most of the time, never old like some of the other kfc around! Good deals on the app also, can’t fault.

How damn hard is it to put the right things in a box order. 1 out of 3 orders I ever do at KFC is wrong. FFS. Teach your staff to count!
