KFC Eastwood

Just imagine the hygiene standards of their kitchen if the rest of the facilities look like this.

The staff were friendly and I was surprised by how fast food was served yesterday. This KFC never disappoints. Get yourself a zinger box.

Very clean store. Only don't visit at 10 pm at night. Due to one hour of service left before closing time I was only able to get what was on offer.
My wicked wings I ended up with I ended up throwing out as dry.

Over the years the chips have been consistently cold and soggy from here. Service typically friendly.

They do a great breakfast, smashed avo is my favourite.if you want a feed this place is the one

Although the taste of fast food from well known franchises should not change much store to store, I find the KFC at Eastwood is consistently better tasting to other KFC stores I've been to. The chicken is less oily and the customer service is quicker. Access is a little awkward as it is located at a busy intersection, but would not hesitate to revisit when the chicken is a lot nicer.

Got sick of waiting. Decided to ring them up 8 times with no answer on the 9th time the manager answered & Said that its not busy & the drivers are not here yet, so I them decided to leave home & go pick it up. Saw the drivers waiting impatiently. Came back surprise surprise soggy chips & re heated chicken.
Half order missing, Avoid this horrible useless place.

It okay for KFC.
More healthier choices for vegetarians & vegans.
More grilled chicken than fried.
Maybe try tandoori chicken.

Bought a 3 piece pack last night, 4-1-22,
Disgusting, dried withered chicken.
Shouldn't be allowed to sell reheated dried up left overs.

Terrible. Went at 8pm and they had sold out of half their items but refused to replace with anything except a dinner roll but gave no discount

Stop there for lunch today, didn't get the burger I ordered and there chips were so bad couldn't even eat them. One of the worst KFC meals I have ever had.

Fries were soggy, cold and gross! Tasted like they'd been scraped up of the kitchen floor or something. Literally inedible.

Quiet, fast service but bathrooms are awkwardly placed. I'd probably say it's more of a 4.5 star

So easy to order on the app and pick up in store. Our orders usual have various additions or removals and they always are correct

Was a regular for years until they served me a mouldy burger bun. Then management have the audactity to tell me blue mold is actually excess flour, according to their meticulous check. Filth.

It closes at 10pm. Once I reached there at 9.45 to ordered a Zinger Burger Box. I was not allowed to get in rather told to go towards drive thru and told that nothing is available apart from the chicken fry.

Ordered with the app to pickup at store.waited outside with mask on after 5min they let me in the store only to tell me that i have to get back in my car and go through the drive in.finally got served after 30 minutes.fast food made slow.will not go to eastwood again as they are very disorganised.left there with a very bad (chicken) taste in my mouth.will probably delete tha app as does not speed up the process.whats the bet they blame shutdown/ coronavirus for bad sevice

The costumer service is too slow, slow like a turtles. They just care about uber eats driver. It take me 5 minutes to order or 12 minutes to get it

Returned yesterday to claim a voucher for poor quality food, service at pick up window awful. Would not return despite the convenience of this store.

Came here to get a delicious zinger box. Unfortunately, the store had run out of my sweet, delicious zinger burger mayonnaise. Had to drive all the way up to Mitcham in order to get my burger fix. Disappointing. All other experiences here are positive, hope we work on this issue soon.
