KFC Eastwood

Tried to order a Value Feast, was told they couldn’t sell it to me because they had run out of tenders. I asked if they could substitute them for some other kind of chicken, told no. Requested the server escalate to the manager because every other time this has happened, the usual way they handle it is to offer a substitution. Came back that the manager said no. Very disappointing lack of service, considering the precedent has been set by other locations.

Been to this KFC many times and there's about a 50% chance that they get the order correct. Very often missing items.

One of my favourite KFCs.its very clean.the service is great and the food? Well its KFC, what more do I need to say.
Pity not all stores are exactly the same!

I ordered the zinger box combo just before I started my long drive back to Sydney.

Shortly after I had finished eating the meal, my stomach started having world war 1 all over again.

The drive back was hell.

I got back to Sydney, I had to call off work due to what my body was going through.

It’s been 3 days. I’ve tried every method for food poisoning/ diarrhoea and nothing seem to be working effectively.

Has become my go-to kfc as I find them fresh and completely cooked.

Customer service has been good so far on my visits

Only went because my son wanted to try KFC.
Went in to order inside. Waited and waited and none of the staff even looked at us. They were too busy with online orders. We decided to leave, and go through drive through - couldnt be ignored then! We finally got his meal, and he liked the zinger burger, but the
Chips were undercooked. So very underwhelmed with the experience overall!
Some staff customer service training could make a difference.

Got ubereats last night and got a wonderful little message on my delivery bag from someone at this store. Absolutely not impressed

Has to be the dirtiest kfc we've ever eaten at and poor girl at front counter trying to serve and pack meals while others stood around filling napkin holder etc also chips old and cold.

I live locally, order from here quite often. They got my order wrong/missing item many times.
Worst thing is when they don’t have original recipes, the replacement they gave me were pathetically small pieces of fillets, smaller than wings, and without any additional piece as compensation.
I rang up a couple of times and asked for the missing items, sometimes they offered me to come back and pick it up and sometime they said they can’t find my order.
When I do go back a few days later through drive through to pick my missing item, they would said we can’t give you your missing item. You need to come to the front counter in person to see our manager, then he will sort it out. I mean who is going to go through all this trouble for a potato & gravy, or for a chips!
Worst KFC in Adelaide.

Had to wait in queue at drive thru for 15 minutes even after ordering online. Mind you, I had only ordered a zinger burger!

Best KFC in the area. The zinger is always very crispy and flavorful. Only downside is the opening hours aren't as good as some of the others around.

Ordered a pack of wicked wings through drive through.
We were given some horrible, burnt wings which tasted so bad/bitter. Walked in & showed the pack & asked them to have a look. Manager said that she cannot do anything about it. Said it was too bitter & could taste that it was burnt. She said she can replace it & that it would take 15 mins. Anyway, she kept us waiting again gave something similar to it.

Food was ok for a fast food outlet. The service was a bit lagging. The parking is an issue.

Have been to this so called ‘KFC’ 4 times in the last 2 months. Disappointing every time, chicken overcooked, chips overdone and recently undercooked and luke warm. The potato and gravy is all gravy and no cutlery provided. Last visit was tonight 4 February and ordered 2 ultimate boxes, chips again luke warm and hardly any potato in the potato and gravy. Far from being ‘ultimate’. Perhaps underwhelming would have been a better fit. Don’t know what is going on with this store but it’s not good. Staff could also do with some customer service training, like a hello how can I help you with some interest in the customer. The store is dirty and tables are not cleared or cleaned. There, I’ve said it! Out of all the fast food outlets KFC was my favourite but now looking at other options.

My wicked wings are dark brown, actually they have to be golden brown. Literally they killed my appetite.

I ordered original recipe 21 piece, do you know what I feel like eating salt directly in my mouth. The coating storch doesn't stick together with the pieces. The moment I reached home then I put them Air fryer to ensure that storch sticks to the piece for crunchiness. Finally amount of breast pieces goes in will be another nightmare to finish them otherwise the amount I spent will just flashes Infront o my eyes.

I am giving you this one star for popcorn chicken that is the only best player.

Chicken was positively scrumptious. Chips were crispy. Homeless man bit my finger off in bathroom though.

The chicken was over cooked and very greacy. The oil used in the cooking process was old and stale tasting, needs to be changed more often. Chips were not fresh and crispy.
Bins overflowing with rubbish and it was starting to fall on the ground.
Overall a disappointing experience.
At least the toilets where clean.

I get it, it’s 9: 30pm everyone is tired but bruh waited for 15min for our order, no one come over to tell us the reason, the girl was at the counter looks like she hates this job and when we got the food, no napkin no spoon for mash potato, short 1 chicken and nugget, the oil in the box were dark as hell and some chicken tasted weird

Being trying to contact your store for 3 days and no answer! Continuous trying for about 1 hour every few hours.no answer.tried emailing head office 3 days ago.no response.just want you to be ready for the online order i would like to place on wednesday as last time you ran out of chicken

Don't drink the water. They put something in it to make you forget. I don't even remember how I got here
