Hungry Jack's Woodville

I have been coming here since it opened and have always had excellent service. The staff are friendly and do their best. I am very happy with the overall service.

Best hungry jacks for consistency, rarely get hungrys or maccas but I've noticed we are never dissapointed at hungry jacks Woodville, even my daughter's soft serve ice cream was filled properly and looked impressive.

Sign lies. They are not open 24 hours. Felt a late craving, walked over. Dining room is closed, only drive through is open. Can't order through drive through without a car. Waste of time. Their sign should say only drive through is open 24 hours. Can't help but feel like its false advertising.

HJs have come a long way since I was a kid. Thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast meal and the smiling friendly service from staff. The food was nice and hot and cooked fresh. Worth a visit for a cheap breakfast meal with a variety of options.

Been here a few times and sometimes it’s ok but other times it’s an absolute crash and burn! Most recently they asked us to wait in the waiting bay for our drive thru order and 10 minutes later we were still waiting so we decided to go in and ask about our order. They had forgotten all about it. Thanks very much.

Sometimes you can get through quickly other times its a 7 minute wait for food. Chips aren't always hot

EFTPOS out, only to get told when we're in the drive thru lane. Stuck in the drive thru lane for 10 minutes, but still can't order any food.
Duty Manager says 'there's a sign at the drive thru entrance'. Which there wasn't (I checked twice) - then ignores me and walks away while I'm talking to her.
Train your staff not to lie to customers, HJ's, and teach your Duty Manager some manners. Can't rate the food as I didn't get any & went to Maccas. At least their staff are courteous- AND they have EFTPOS.

Very good that they still have a free soda refills. However, some staff members do not know what they are doing and make lots of mistakes with the orders.

They need some training on customer service, seriously. Have seen this outlet for the last many years, and something is wrong with the franchise or owners.

Always really bad food here never freshly made always just dumped in bag and shakw machine always in cleaning mode apparently.

It's seems the couple times I've been here it's a gamble between just acceptable and average. Tonight our order was missing small fries, all burgers had barely any of their sauces making them dry with nothing to hide how average all the ingredients taste. Port location nearby was far better last time I went there, although still lacking on the sauce.

If u love lots of salt on ya chips like more then usual then its the place to go.if there wasnt to much salt on the chips i would rate 5 stars

The employee that served me couldn't converse properly because it was too noisy and because of this, they got my order wrong and there was already someone else in there talking to the manager about a complaint/wrong order. The male toilets we incredibly cramped and looked/smelt like they only get maintained once a months. All the table hadn't been wiped down and the bins were full with rubbish on top.

I have never been to a Hungry Jacks and simply had no one come to the counter to take my order

Fries were cold and the burgers weren't much better and although our order was simple most of the order was wrong with a lot of it missing.

Came into Hungry Jacks Beverly last week and witnessed a male, a manager, with long hair pick up a chip which was outside the fryer station area and throw it back into the fries with his bare hands. Tried to call head office to make a complaint in which they didn't not answer. Won't be back, this store needs serious work.

I actually had a voucher which I hadn't had for sometime, or a whopper for that matter so I utilised it.
I enjoyed my 2 for 1 deal very much.
