Hungry Jack's Woodville reviews
77The girl serving front counter and packing today (15-1-24) at around 11: 45am. She was wearing a pink claw clip and black glasses. She was so sweet and energetic, we need more people like her in this industry. I hope she gets the recognition she deserves.
What the meaning of last stars. Make no sense to me.
For junk food it's fine but the days of cheap meals are gone.
Ordered a chocolate shake on uber eats and received a coke? What? If you cant get the order right then send a message or refund the order.
I’ve never had any issues with HJ’s on Port Road and I’ve been going there about once every two months for more than two decades of my life.
Order taker stuffed up drive through order burger and drink, then made new burger quickly so was half cooked so had to go back into store to get it done done properly and manager couldn't have given less of a stuff! Barely an apology an no offer to refund my money or otherwise compensate me for the stuff you and my time wasted.
Fast food used to be cheap. I'm sorry but $15 for a whopper, $6 for 5 little mashed potatoes with gravy in them is crazy.
Got it wrong the first time (no cheese in the juniors) took it back and they re-made it. Tasted pretty good. Fries a bit dry though.
Love the fact that service is generally prompt & there is an enclosed playground. The generous sitting arrangement is an added bonus.
Just another Hungry Jacks, nothing special. Drive through can be awkward for some people. You can see that be the bollards that have been hit way to many times. Very busy HJ's though, and it's on a main road. Access from shop to carpark is stupid as the people tend to walk in front of cars in drive through, bad for OHS!
It seems to be every time I go there they mess up an order its very frustrating because we payed for it, and we got home to see that its wrong, and if we want the same order we have to go all the way there again its ridiculous.
Can order through the mobile app.and they offer specials. They deliver, but check with them first. Very good.
No Burgers today, sold out of beef burgers. No signage before you enter the drive through to reflect the same. LONG wait. Staff member so embarrassed she couldn't explain the situation. Should have closed the store until issue resolved.
Ordered 12 nuggets, only got 11. They redeemed themselves when I asked for the 12th, and they delivered. God tier stuff. Also this HJs is wheelchair accessible to it gets 5 stars from me.
Didn't have the burger we ordered. No real apology. Charged same price for burger of less value. Not a good experience.
The whoppers are better at this joint.
It seems all the newly restaurants have either bad service or food but this place has been around for ages and always delivers the best of both.
Ow Ye they pretty good but the fish an chip shop burgers ar mor better there not mas produced. BUT I DIDN'T SAY nothing cupishy
It's a mid sized hungry jacks, with a decent playground for young kids and a party room, which is unusually all glass walled in one corner of the restaurant. I don't know if they still do parties though. One circular seating booth, that's neat. Walking in means crossing the drive through on a sharp 180 degree corner (don't bring your long trailer through the drive through!).
Food was good, staff were friendly, just a long wait with an order that had to be corrected and remade
Staff at drive through not wearing masks correctly.
I watched as the manager wore her mask under her chin whilst laughing and chatting and preparing customers food for pick up in drive through.
When I asked that she wear her mask correctly to prepare my order I was ignored
Hence she didn't and I left my meal there!
