Took about 10 minutes to order a mediocre burger that had barely "spicy juicy chillie sauce" the burgers are awful just go to oportos

Small Lane for drive thru but if there is no wait it is very quick otherwise you might see yourself in the middle of the port road waiting.
Service is friendly and fast. I ordered burgers and drinks and everything was in perfect order. I just wish there was maionese in the cheeseburger but that is the company problem not that location.

Their staff declined my order because I don’t have a car. They say “you must have a car to order”.

It's a hungry jacks. You get what you pay for. Minor communication issue trying to ace an order at the drive-thru.

Slow drive thru, lost our order and diddnt understand. Not prepared and they weren’t even busy. Get your act together!

Customer service was amazing the manager on duty was extremely helpful however the food was terrible. The chicken burger was dry, the other burgers were cold and the onion rings were stone cold. Have had better experiences previously but unfortunately won’t be returning to this store

Large chips were basically empty, never seen such a poor serving. If I'm paying $16 for a meal I expect more than just a burger and 4 chips.

As far as large chain fast food restaurants go I think Hungry Jacks is the best.
Restaurant was clean & tidy, staff were friendly & food was nice.

Three weeks ago on a Sunday about 8 am. Asked for pancakes. Don’t have any at the moment. Last Sunday at the same time. Yes for pancakes this time, but no maple syrup. Other flavours raspberry etc.had to be chosen. Consistency missing. Cappucino only warm.

Followed order notes perfectly, great customer service, quick drive thru. Fantastic manager who corrected the one mistake we did have! She went above and beyond. Well done team!

Tables never wiped down unless you ask, never used to be like that, perhaps they are short staffed. Duty manager should be aware of above issues!

The girl name komal works at nyt always stereotype customers. Really rude behaviour don't know how to respect others totally unprofessional. Nvr visit again had bad experience twice

I walked home from the city hoping to reward myself with a burger. It’s just after 11pm in the ‘24 hour’ establishment…. And I can’t be served. Only vehicles. So the fast junk food restaurant rewards lazy people who sit in their backsides and drive and eat. Nonsensical. I’ll endeavour to never have Hungry Jacks ever as long as I live.

This establishment is the best when choosing between port adelaide and woodville.
The staff are genuine and the food is made and put together with some kind of care.

The manager of the front counter was great when we went in there around 12pm, good managers make the difference I reckon.

Way better than the Maccas at Woodville and staff nicer too. I think it is run really well and staff listen. Coffee is now better than Maccas too.

Finish work went to this place bought frozen raspberry with orange bursties. Chicken nugget. The lady was nothing said anything, I think she can't speak. She even gave me less raspberryfrozen.really disappointed.

The burgers were very nice and fresh and they wrapped my burger instead of putting it in a box when I asked, so that was great.

Last night i placed an online order (order no: -9657) that they said not available. That man was very rude. They haven’t offer anything instead also didn’t get refund for my order. Never going back to this place again.

Had to wait around 5 mins to get served even though no customers in store and only 1 in drive through getting their food, not very professional on this occasion. I only pop in for my 10 year old son after swimming.
