Hungry Jack's Woodville

Avoid this place if you're looking for food prepared correctly and quickly. Not for the first time, our order was prepared incorrectly and delivered very, very late due to "delay at restaurant". We ordered at 8pm, originally advised delivery would be at 8.30. Was delivered at 9.15pm and was missing nuggets and extra patty slice from one of the burgers. How can it take an hour to incorrectly prepare three burgers at a fast food joint? The delivery guy came as quickly as possible but according to the Uber app was forced to wait half an hour there. Not worth ordering from here until they get their act together.

Orders have always been correct with all items provided, staff are consistently friendly & seem to enjoy the work they do.
Lettuce in the burgers tonight weren't chopped as usual, they were big chunks which was unpleasant.
Also, those UNO stickers are a pain to peel off, one was ripped in half & there doesn't seem to be any way to get the rest off neatly ‍️

: - (Do not sit outside - tables and chairs are filthy - evidently haven't been cleaned for weeks. No COVID-19 extra cleaning happening here.

Used the app for the 1st time, I ordered before I left home, at the restaurant 5 mins later and walked in tk pick up which was great. Burgers were hot and the chips, cool drinks cold. The only complaint was the nuggets were cold.

Been a very long time since my last visit and food was ok. Opted for the Yumbo, reliving an oldy. Was a tad disappointed as the ham was cold. Did it bring back memories, afraid not. Service was good, felt as though the store is still stuck back to the late 80's.

Food looked rushed and not much care taken putting it together. Take some pride in your work and a smile from the person serving wouldn't go astray.

Very courteous and polite staff. Offers free drink should customers unnecessarily wait longer than expected. Top customer awareness and service.

Always a good Cappuccino, fast and friendly, tried a yumbo, same taste as it use to be many years ago

I order from this store, pretty regularly, and they are pretty good. Tonight was epic! These were the most beautifully constructed burgers, and everything arrived at the perfect temperature. (thanks also menulog)

Quick awesome service, don't leave you sitting in the parking bay for 10 minutes, while waiting for the food. Unlike the golden arches down the road.

Quick service, friendly staff and clean for 10am in morning.
Muffin was fresh however the hash brown was little over cooked and didn't taste fresh. Got a bonus chip in packet

Very unprofessional and rude staff.they refused to serve as they are doing end of the day sales or something.if you guys can't serve then should have a notice that we are closed.poor staff spoiled my morning.

Longest time to get order in the drive through anywhere in Australia. I was the 6th car and it took 20 minutes. Could've walked in 3 times and get served in that time period. Note this is not the first time at this location. McDonalds is so much quicker.

I keep going in here when I'm driving past, just for the Lemonaide. Yeh. I know it's just Postmix, but for some reason, theirs just tastes better. It certainly doesn't have the PLASTIC taste lile a lot of other places.

Typical hungry jacks store however everytime ice been there it's had pretty long wait times I avoid it if I can and I definitely don't go out of my way to visit this store it would need to be directly on my path for me to use it

Typical Hungry Jack fast food chain: quick. In this Woodville shop, the customer service is good. Lovely food presentation. I ordered online and in store and both were processed at a lightning speed. Love their new Big Jacks and Sundea (01/12/2020)

They cannot get and order for two frozens right. They had done a sprite and coke half and half instead of one sprite and one coke.

Fast food prep and the staff seems to be well bonded enough that they form an efficient unit. My order was also on point.

If it takes two times to get the correct burger what I ordered and paid for that says a lot. It has certainly changed since I worked there. Lift your game Hungry Jack's Woodville, know the product you sell.

I love it here! Hungry Jack's! It's never consistent with quality which makes it fun, because you never know what you're going to get.
