Nick- the manager was the Rudest person! We didn’t do anything bad to him to treat us Customers like Trash!

Love the staff there, always so nice.in particular theres a lady who works there most days monday-friday, 8-1 i think, but shes so lovely and friendly, my favorite by far, always in a happy mood.the only thing that could make this place better is if you guys still did free refills

Burgers are average, will often forget my child's kid's meal toy, will either have to remind them at counter or park my car and walk in from drive trough.

I ordered a chicken burger with no bacon cause why would you destroy something you had perfected before. The old grilled chicken burger was much nicer the chicken was tender the roll was wholemeal. The new chicken burger is rubbish. To top it off my meal was cold af because we had to wait 10 minutes for onion rings. Poor time management. Had to heat my food in the microwave.

I ordered a veggie whopper at about 8pm tonight and it was marked on the box as a veggie whopper. Bit into it to find out it was not Veggie but beef! Was home by the time I found out so couldn't be bothered going back. Not happy. Please watch what you put in your boxes- especially for vegetarians.

No good. Staff needs more training to give correct order and has to be customer friendly. I think Thrice before giving negative feedback

Slow service poor form from tall guy with big nose and chunky girl with small eyes, took 10 minutes for a stunner meal, then my sundae was hollow. Chips tasted like windex, dont recommend. I went home and cried for 3 hours because I was late to the movies for the incredibles 2.

Terrible customer service. Server just stood and stared at me, didn’t ask what I wanted, and no eye contact. Food took forever and same server just stood and waited for food to be done. Absolutely no effort from any of the staff, just downright lazy. Never going back there.

I ordered $10 worth of food during the after school period while the shop was full of rowdy school kids.when it came to collecting my food i found out that my food had already been taken.i spoke to the manager Callum who preceded to blame me for the food being stolen.he accused me of not listening (although i couldn’t hear because of the talking) and trying to get another order.he said that he “didn’t know who my friends are” and was implying that the food stealing was my fault.i wasn’t even given the choice to get a refund OR a new order, which i found so disrespectful.i will never be going back to this store and i am appalled by the service and lack of sympathy the manager had towards the situation.

I have gotten my taste back after almost 2 years and wanted to see what Hungry Jacks tastes like again.

Terrible. Dining room was filthy, staff were too busy fn' about than serving customers. I know it's fast food but do your job with more respect! Won't come back.

Ordered chips, onion rings and a frozen drink at the drive thru late at night recently. It took up to 10-15 mins which is quite slow considering there was one car in front of me. Didn't look very busy.

So slow just to get to the order box today. Great attitude from the staff though and all the food was in the bags! Hot and complete. Well done.

Was just informed by the manager that its not their job to ask what sauce I want with my nuggets and if a customer didn't ask for sauce she didn't need to give it. Not her responsibility! Hahahaha wow not her job! Hahaha

The wonderful staff, mostly Joey were the friendliest people helping us to recreate a 10 year old photo. Best customer service I’ve ever witnessed, worth every cent just because of the amazing staff.

What a dirty unclean place not a clean table to eat your food from. I wonder how food is prepared. Would not teturn
