Wrong special ordered request. Sauces missing from nugget order. Chicken tender meal tasted old. Not a great experience really

Manager Refused me service at Hungry Jacks Hawthorn because I didn't have a mask, during a period in which the mask is not mandated. This was a discriminate decision made by the male manager with black hair. Masks are not mandatory inside restaurants currently as per SA health guidelines (the people who make these laws). As such, I have made the decision to permanently
Boycott the entire Hungry Jacks chain. I previously spent thousands of dollars every year here, but I will not support a company involved in illegal discrimination. I'd highly recommend firing the management involved and putting the entire franchise location under review. Legal Action will be proceeding.

Saturday arvo 2.30. The store was disgusting. Tables had rubbish on them, floors were covered in god knows what, bins were full and toilets were yuk. Seriously you want ppl to eat there?

Didn’t grab the receipt so couldnt leave a proper review but went here this morning with my dad to get a coffee and some brekky on the way through.the manager on duty (5/6/20) around 8: 30am was super nice.best latte from a fast food place we’ve had.chai was great too and the best hash browns.seemed a little understaffed when we got there but wait time was still fine.cudos to you guys:)

Placed order from deliveroo.waited more than 30 minutes for order confirmation.called the restaurant and got a reply there is no order… Immediately after call, the order got approved in next one minute…

Ordered a cappuccino and asked politely if they had any lactose free milk. Was told they only had full cream or skim. For some reason I thought I'd seen almond milk or something at another HJs so I asked politely if they had any almond milk. The reply was a curt reply of "only full cream and skim". I mean, alrighty then, no coffee for me then. But Maccas has had lactose free milk for ages now guys, I recommend trying to catch up if you can.

Friendly service, very clean inside and out and as good of food as you can get from HJ's, what's not to like!

I went to hungry jacks at 2pm on a sat and the current manager is absolutely lovely, my friend had a problem with his meal and she sorted it out with no problem and gave him a free meal

Usually pretty good presentation and quick service. The occasional mistake but I could not make the burger any faster without the occasional flaw.

Got a grilled chicken burger and it was burnt. Not slightly singed or the edges were a bit dark the entire thing was black.

Very dated decor. Place was dirty. Staff inattentive. Overall not one of the better experiences.

The standards are a tad lower here than in other joints, the burgers are tossed together and the fries are hit and miss. Some HJ's are just better than others.

Walked in and looked like a bomb had hit it not 1 staff member was smiling and looked like we were in a ghost town.

I am very disappointed with the service I was charged with a transaction fee and nobody else did. Not even my sister who uses the same type of card i find his unacceptable please fix this. Also every hungry jacks does not accept my police credit union debit card I have to insert it and type in my pin otherwise the transaction fails. Not happy

Worst customer service ever! Won't go to this place again. A mannerless girl wuth no manner to show customer service was hired by this people.

Never again, went through the Drive through, ordered a Whopper Junior Meal, $5.00, Ok, came to paying, showed the Girl, GIRL, my Hungry Jack's Vouchers app. She wouldn't accept it.

Was absolutely disgusted by the hygiene at this place!
The lady that served us was putting dirty bags in the bin and touched the sanitizer bucket and spray bottle before handling our chips and nuggets. We ended up going home and putting our food in the bin!

They gave us pita instead of buns coz they had "run out". No apologies, no price reductions.close shop if you can't maintain standards of service, greedy corporates.no, the pic is not a joke.this is a full price whopper meal.shameful.one star coz theres no zero

I don’t really write reviews but for this place, I have to. The manager served us very rudely for no reason and it wasn’t busy at all too. I work in hospitality too but I’m never rude to my customers no matter what the situation is. Just have a smile on your face dude that’s how you show humanity.

If you come to this store I recommend staying away from the Asian girl with blue hair she's very rude and clearly does not like her job and can't count money sometimes she gives us too much change or not enough
