Hungry Jack's

A great place for a quick meal, tastes nice in comfortable surroundings. Prices are reasonable, and service is prompt, also either drive through or great parking.

Just went through the drive-thru (one of the slowest, no matter what time of day) and despite the wait we still ended up with cold, stale chips (not for the first time; it's like they leave them sitting there for hours) and a burger that looked like it had been dropped on the floor and scraped back together. Won't be returning. Much better to drive to Maccas.

Ordered grilled chicken burgers with Bacon and they were black burnt all around the edges, asked the manager for another burger re done and he said that it's just the way the grill setting is set. Asked can you take the chicken off sooner and he said no sorry. He didn't offer a refund until I asked for it. Bad burgers and bad service

God what can I say. As soon as I walked in the door I knew my experience would be very disappointing compared to other Hungry Jacks. No one in the restaurant, it was like a ghost town. I got my regular order of a whopper cheese hunger tamers. I was optimistic and hoped the food would redeem it but god was I once again disappointed. With the lacking amount of customers this place seemed to have you’d think the food would be somewhat taken care off but god was I wrong. The patty was burnt, dry and basically cardboard. Was given 2 nuggets when it should’ve been 3 and they were horribly sloppy and soggy. The chips were somewhat decent but the highlight of the meal was by a country mile the drink. Maybe this was because it wasn’t actually made by the store but who knows. Me and a mate were umming and arring whether to go HJ’s or KFC, thought HJ’s was a good pick but from now on whenever I visit Wallis Cinemas I will forever dine in at KFC. Sorry to whoever goes to this place. Council please give this place some money for some decent renovations.

Wow, this place was shambles.in such a lovely and well developed area, how is it possible to find such a dodgy looking establishment. The place had less atmosphere than a Library. Not a person in sight, yet the place was that filthy and outdated. Was absolutely craving a Bacon deluxe hunger tamers box, however the kfc next door seemed very tempting, so i thought i’d pop in to HJ’s, and boy oh boy i feel like an idiot.despite no one being in the store, i received the most poorly assembled burger. Outrageous. I also received 2 out of my 3 nuggets. The highlight of my meal was my 3/4th filled cup of coke. Staff was kinda nice though so that’s a positive.in all seriousness though, how do you expect to make money with a store looking that. Was thinking about sitting down and enjoying my meal before heading into the cinema to watch a movie, however, the place was appalling so i had to go sit back in the car. I’m surprised the place is still in business. Pull your head in. Get a grip. I believe this establishment should either be renovated, or replaced with anything but hungry jacks. This place needs more than jesus.

It's VERY dirty inside. Yes the burgers are better at hungry jacks, but this one needs a serious overhaul/revamp of the dine in facilities. Please start with a deep clean, scrub the place spotless then start making plans for a refit asap

Store is seldomly cleaned, burgers are haphazardly slapped together (and not wrapped, so I all falls apart when u eat it). One of the worst HJ I've been to.

OMG! Worst eva. Broken down, torn seats, food and rubbish every where. Worst still the owner was direct the busy staff to clean up while she was texting. It's almost impossible for people with disabilities to enter (wheelchair forget it). Can't wait for the new KFC next door to open. I will never bring any clients again to this disgusting sty.

Is not cleaned properly and needs a complete renovation. Staff forgot our order and then got it wrong with no apology.

Not happy this time. Ordered my usual and the milkshake machine was not working. So as an alternative I reluctantly had a coke. And then a milkshake appears and it was chocolate. Big difference between strawberry and chocolate!

Awful service from the MANAGER! Was stuck in the drive thru today because the ATM machine was broken! Gave this 3 stars because the staff especially a girl named Charlie served me. She was so patient and lovely to be served by. HOWEVER, I didn’t give it five stars because THE MANAGER didn’t do anything! So rude while the staff were getting the work done the joint also needs a Reno

Needs a extreme upgrade and staff experienced at serving more than one person at a time. We were only able to order when the person before us had received their food. Luckily there were not many customers and at least the burgers were fresh

Very dated Hungry Jacks. More than half the tables were closed. Flies in the dining area and insects flying around in the toilets. Missed an item from my order. Also super slow despite my online order. Won’t be back.

Jnr whoppers for my mum and I. Longest wait in drive through (never a good sign). Both stone cold burgers and I deeply regret it

Food was great. Freshly made burgers are the best. The service was a bit slow and the store itself was a little untidy but like I said the food was really good.

Very run down store - feels old and like it should be knocked down. Signs of heavy wear and tear everywhere you look

Observed today some staff wearing masks with nose exposed, and also touching masks and then cups while preparing beverages. Not good.

No check in on the door, had to walk past other people at the counter to check in. Very dirty store, floor was dirty, table had stains on it and was sticky. The store needs a revamp and staff need to be trained in cleaning.

Tanya always listens to my order, have never had to repeat it, always gets the order right, she makes the best coffee, pleasant and efficient 5 stars for Tanya
