Hungry Jack's

Was served slow and was told that I would have to wait until the endless stream of drive through customer were served.

Good service and very fast.the toilets and the premises need a good professional clean up.really dirty floors.

I ordered fries and I asked for sweet and sour sauce and I never got any! This has happened twice: (

How hard is it to not put pickles in someone’s burger! Every time I order a meal I ask strictly no pickles as I’m highly allergic! Lucky I check my burger before eating! Pickles in it every time! I speak to the manager about this and all they say oh I’m so sorry bla bla bla well it’s a risk if I ate it I’d be rushed to hospital! But why does it keep happening? Time the manager gives his workers a spray! Not the persons fault who serves me as she or he always puts the Oder through correctly I always get receipts and always states on receipt no pickles so the cooking staff who make the burgers should wake the beep up

Some filthy pigs had left an awful mess on a couple of tables and was still there when we left!

Decent food, quick service, decent staff. If anything is wrong they're happy to replace it. If you have an allergy they're required to clean everything and make sure as well as they can that it's free from cross contamination.
RE: the guy complaining about being highly allergic to pickles - the onions and pickles are frequently touching, and without informing them that you have an allergy the gloves aren't changed between touching pickles and your burger. With such a high allergy maybe you could pick them off if it's wrong?

Went to Hungry Jacks Sexton Park at 9.15 this morning & the ladies toilet would not flush.the cistern was trying to fill but to no avail.it looks ancient! I think the whole "ladies room" needs renovating.the whole area is also in need of a good clean.come on HJ's. Lift ya game! I did report this to the lass at the counter.

Great playground and outside seating. Food was good but didn't like the new sauce. Now i just go to the hungry jacks that sell the old sauce.

Waited a long time for food to be given to us only to find it was cold.
Food was sitting in the delivery area for at least 5 minutes. Not impressed. Give HJ Nailsworth a miss.

Cannot charge mobile or use laptop etc. NO POWER points. Slow service but staff okay. Give ot a miss

Rather dissapointed, went there to order a angry whopper with h condements and only got the onions and patty.wasted my time going there, 2nd time a screw up. I understand it just opened but you cant seriously mess up that bad. Main north rd jacks close by is much better but not as close. I wasted my god damn time going there

The store manager lead by an example of customer service to his team. He was polite, prompt, remembered drinks ordered when refills were required and the store was super tidy. Area mangers should take note and use this Hungry Jacks as an example for others.

Terrible service, my fries were cold, my mate got his fries after he had finished his burger, plus they were not salted and bland. Ordered my burger with no lettuce, it came with lettuce my pet hate. Very ordinary dining experience, oh almost forgot the flake storm was not even up to the halfway mark very miserly amount given. Worst hungry jack feed i have ever had will not go again
