Hungry Jack's

This morning I ordered 2 x BBQ breakfast wraps. These were the first I have ever had that were put together with absolute precision and care. Perfectly wrapped and toasted! Youd get 5 stars if i hadn't had to wait in the park for my order. However, i guess you can't rush perfection. Well done guys

Service was slow and slack at cleaning up a mess on the floor. 2 of burgers were cold. Only 1 small container of sanitizer on the counter and it was almost at the back of the counter. Sanitizer was not working
All and all not a pleasant experience.

Toilets were clean. Service speed was average as well as the food. Frozen large coke was really nice.

It's a Hungry Jack's Burger store polite staff very clean greatly understaffed but the staff that were there did a great job burgers were hot coffee was good.

Time 6: 55 pm, i went to the hungry jacks and waited for order but no one responded to have order. They were just standing there and clicking screens.i just walk out of there waiting for around 5-6mins as i was the only customer inside and they didn't attend. Thats really sad and this kind of service is bad. I hope they improve.

Lost a star as my order was wrong, but to compensate I ended up with two burgers even though I only ordered one, so a freebie was appreciated. Wait times here seem to be a bit longer than average, but not overly so.

Can't get orders correct, very disappointing. We also weren't impressed with the beef patties, they seem to be getting thinner.

1.13pm # 136 ordered an ULTIMATE Double Whopper at the window. Got home to find the order was incorrect. AS A FIRST TIME, LOCAL CUSTOMER I was so disappointed as I only received a Double Whopper cheese. No bacon which was my reason for purchasing the Ultimate.

Tried two times their grilled chicken, found they are stiff and tasteless rather than soft and tasty. Will not try there again, but will give it a go with other Hungry Jacks stores.

Food ws fine but took 15 minutes to be served with only 4 peple in queue and another 10 minutes to get food, making me late for an appointment. So much for fast food. Possibly better on drive through.

Incredibly poor service. Expect to wait 10-15 minutes for a simple burger. This happens repeatedly. And the drive through is so slow. They leave you waiting at the window for ages and then get you to wait in the parking bag for even longer. Ohh, and the fact that they had no muffins for a breakfast muffin at 7: 30am shows how poorly managed this place is. Go to any other hungry jacks. This place deserves to go out of business. Bacon was like eating leather it was so dry and chewy. Plus they never give a receipt so you can’t submit feedback.

Very convieient HJ's.drive through very easy andnlots of shopping nearby. Car park has big trees to give it some shade.

Food always cold and order always missing something from this branch. Also find some of the staff quite abrupt and rude. Awful. Now go to Churchill Rd.nice food, staff lovely and always get the order correct.

Just now Took the order and came home after checking it, some things were missing like i ordered tender crip meal and nuggets were missing. And the place was not bsy at all still its done.
Obivously cnt go back and ask for nuggets but next time serve your costumer properly and check the order before giving. My order no. Was 717

Haven't had too many problems with this place. Orders have been correct and food hot and prepared properly and drinks not underfilled when going through drive-thru like some other HJs stores.

Food was very disappointing, cold chips, flat and cold burger that looked nothing like the photo and cost too much.

Took forever and burgers were worst ive had in a long time even after taking first one back, extremely disappointed

In an odd sort of position on Main North Rd. However they served us quickly with fresh tasting food.

Good breakfast deal. Free newspapers available to read on the weekend. Would go again for a quick brekkie. Friendly staff. Yummy cappucino
