I had a very bad time, i went last night and was served by a girl with orange hair, if i remember correctly she was named kyra and she was really rude, i walked in with a smile on my face and left never wanting to return. Thank you Kyra

Terrible customer service. Some of the staff just have no interest in being friendly to their customers. Poor management. Girls to busy talking to each other rather then being polite to there customers. One girl didn't even say hello or anything to the customers. An elderly lady couldn't hear one of the staff properly and was rolling her eyes. The elderly person dropped there coins while trying to give this girl the money and still the staff were rolling there eyes then looking the other way.

Ordered a coke.got a family box meal with 4 large diet cokes.found a rat in my drink. Not complaining.

Waited 35 minutes to order my food then served by a really rude woman. Worst service I’ve ever got. Needs way more staff working not 3 people in the whole store with 30 customers waiting

Placed order.pay window didn't open.so sailed thru didn't pay didn't get burger, went to maccas

Great place for a burger extra Mayo, being going there for years, nice, clean, good staff A A A +TOPS, ONE OF THE FIRST, WOULD NOT GO ANY WHERE ELSE.

Waited nearly 10 minutes before we got our order. Coffee was made bit only got that when rest of order was given.
Food not hot neither was coffee.
Lady came in stated waited 6 minutes in drive thru didn't order she parked and came in again another 6 or 8inutes before she got hers.
Supposed to be fast service. Not sure if under staffed or what.

This used to be a really good HJ’s but not anymore. Ordered a delivery and an entire meal missing except for the drink.
Went drive through tonight and ordered 2 whopper jnr. Got asked to wait in the waiting bay (no one else in the drive through) waited for 7min to get two cold burgers, literally the cheese never melted.

Service was not good I ordered a large meal and ended up with a small meal

Spicy fried chicken burger advertised as crispy and juicy. Crispy, yes, juicy, no dried up. Lost me.

Why give you an icecream and cold drink then have to wait more than 7min for a burger? You eat burger 1st not icecream which has melted.

Worst worst hungry jacks I have went till now. My food was missing, my frozen drink was spilling when they handed me, my meal was cold and my burger was complete mess. This is absolutely not done! I would surely never come back again.

Slow service probably under staffed, not really that busy. Nice meal though, big car park and Covid compliant.:)

We ordered two simple meals in store.we waited over 15 min for the order as we saw parts of it tsken and placed in drive through orders and uber. The drinks were poured and sat on the counter the entire time. By the time we ate the chips tasted like tgey had been cooked in stale oil and the burgers over salty.
Food handling was discusting the staff serving were also packing food hot chip in open packets with the same gloves used on the touch screens handling money and touching thrir faces.
The staff were un organised and extremely slow in all areas.
Customer service was appalling to say the least. If we were not time restricted we would have asked for a refund if anyone would have come to the counter and gone somewhere else.
Some serious retraining by corporate is needed here.

Order is always wrong. 2nd time in two months this has happened. Will never go there again. When you call to complain, they not interested. Luckily there is KFC Mac D'S etc not too far away!

Took quite a while to get two frozen drinks (over 5 mins). Staff were friendly and shop clean though. Might have been busy in the drive thru? ! It's okay, yeah.

Its changed over the last few years. The burgers have no taste, and barely hold together, and the chips are over salted.

Rude staff food was over nuked bacon was like boot leather wont be going back unfortunately the burgers are no longer better at hungry jacks!

I always use the drive-thru, & have always been given the correct order. Nice friendly staff

Wait is too long. No one want to wait for breakfast. How is 15min wait for eggs justified at 8am
