Hungry Jack's

Took a bite out of an Angus with pulled pork. Pulled this huge hair out of my mouth. You can see a chunk of food stuck to it in the picture. Complete failure

Our family had a take from Hungary jack’s but when we opened it up at home one of the burger was uncooked the buns were cold and the patty was frozen which was very disappointing because we had been going their for a long time.

Terrible drive thru design and always a long wait even if there are a small amount of vehicles waiting. Staff try hard with reasonable customer service but with today's prices I expect much better. Chips are always piping hot? Which is a small positive.

Nathaniel is a great! He helps rectify any problems and is always doing so with a smile on his face. Great work!

Drive through has a tight bend leading up to the first window. Not a big issue but could give you unwanted bumper dents if not paying attention. They also go my order wrong on the last visit. Staff were half asleep when looking through the window. Didn't bother to go back as u turn on Main North Rd can be hectic during peak hr.

I requested coffee with my meal on the touch display. Once failed. Second went through but it did not materialised. They gave me a coca cola. I ll choose different provider place next time. It ruined my planned meal.

Was told to wait in waiting bay as they were cooking more chips. Not sure why we waited 8 minutes - chips were stale, barely warm and burgers were almost cold and meat was so dry. Also only got 9 nuggets in a 12 nugget meal

Toilet was very dirty Restaurant floor needed cleaning. External bins were completely full and had rubbish all around them.

Service was great despite having issues with the cash registers within the store, all orders had to be done on drive through one.

The staff was incredibly rude and inconsiderate. I waited 30 minutes for my order after eventually I enquired about my order I was told that the till is not working and I cannot order. She had not told me or the other family waiting with me that we were unable to order. By the time we left my deals had expired and my children still hungry. She did not once apologise but instead walked away inside the kitchen and still served no other customers. I love Hungry Jacks and my family often go here but this was one of the worst incidents with Hungry Jacks, I know that I would never go to Sefton Park for Hungry Jacks again.

We had whoppers which were on a cold side and cappuccino which didn't resemble a cappuccino, it was just plain coffee with milk. Staff was nice and greeted us with a smile

At 6pm the floor and tables were filthy, slow service, cold food.was told there was a 8 minute wait when I returned my cold hard nuggets. Every burger had the wrong toppings.

Ordered a single grilled chicken burger. Got told there was no bacon. Ok.
Spent 10 minutes in the drive thru waiting for my single burger.
The whole time the manager was talking on her mobile, visible through the window.
Burger is finally handed to me 10 minutes later.
It is not a grilled chicken, but a tendercrisp.
It has bacon.

How are you so grossly incompetent that you not only give me the completely wrong burger, but you take 10 minutes to make it.

The service was very slow. Why is it that drive through customer's orders get priority over the in-store orders even though they were placed afterwards?

Totally no idea what they are doing. Placed i. Waiting bay and forgotten. Had to drive back through for a further 10 minutes after already waiting 25 minutes

This is easily the worst Hungry Jack's I've been to. Waiting times are long and food is usually cold by the time you get it. Spend the extra time to drive to another HJ's 5-10 minutes away.

Normally ok but tonight had a kids party and did a big order and obviously had to wait and that's ok but not when you get home and find things missing. Especially annoying when the things missing were specific for certain kids. No time to return or waste time on hold so had to just improvise at home.
You would think big orders would be checked in detail before giving to customer.

Very poor service, order was all wrong. Coffee was so bad.tasted very week & couldnt drink it just left it. Wouldn't go back.

I was one of 2 people in the store yet it took ages to receive my food because they where to busy focusing on the drive through shouldn’t have to wait for people that got there 20 minutes after me

Friendly helpful Staff. Nice clean Hungry Jack's food area. Always yummy food. Only negative was that the Disabled toilets needed cleaning when I went in there.that was not good They were not busy. So Staff had time to check those things. Bit disappointing As nothing puts me off more than a dirty toilet! Yuk!
