Hungry Jack's

I used to enjoy whoppers in hungry Jacks but today I went to this branch which was my first visit there. I went to drive through and ordered my whopper. They were angry and not friendly. But the worst part was that whopper. Really cold and worst taste of whopper I ever had. I can say it was sitting in room temperature for long time. For sure I won't be back there.

Never have I seen such rudeness from the employees the tables were not clean it looked like nothing had been cleaned in months

Had a double angry whopper today, the burger was the best I have had from hungry jacks ever, put together well tasted great heaps of jalapenos the chips tasted great also straight from the fryer, thank you very enjoyable lunch.

Great Brecky meal toasted sandwich (cheese) five pancakes, four hash browns.for under six $ can feed two people. Great coffee

Visited several time but I felt that I wasn't getting good service at all. Ignore this place at all cost.

Although service staff are polite service is slow in both dine in and drive thru. And it certainly isn't one of the cleanest places. Thursday night's would be the worst for drive thru wait times as they always appear to be understaffed and only have one drive thru window open

Brought a vegan burger, wasn't very appetizing at all. Staff were slow, waited around 15 minutes to be served, waited around half hour for food & this was at 12am

They make fast food burgers and they've only once given me mild food poisoning. Avoid the grilled chicken burger and you'll be right.

Good food very ordinary service staff abrupt don't know how to smile and can't wait to get you out the door

Drive though here is more like drive and park. As I never seam to get my meal at the next window and generally wait 5-10min for the meal in waiting bay.

Really unsatisfying! Ok if you go during the day but forget about it overnight. Orders are constantly missing items, food quality is usually poor because they obviously have products pre-made at all times of the night. If you order a Stunner don't expect the ice cream to be edible as it seems the freezer they keep them in is permanently switched off.

Avoid at all costs. This store hasn't changed in years and is showing no sign of ever changing, just look through the reviews and you'll see every reason why you should avoid this store. Every time without fail, the food has been woeful at best. I can deal with incorrect orders, but incredibly poor quality is not only completely avoidable, but it's also against OH&S law. Hungry Jacks need to reevaluate it's staff here, especially the managers that represent the name.

Very disappointed! Really has gone down hill. The vegitarian burger was awful! Shame Hungry Jacks used to be so good.

33 tables there. Only 5 which had been wiped clean and they were outside. In the hour we were there no one attended the tables inside the building although a maximum of 10 customers would have been present in the dining areas at any 1 time. Had to ask staff for sugar none in dining area. I wonder how clean it is in cooking area? Food standard Hungry Jack's fare. My wife thinks it is great me not so much.

Having visited via the drive-thru more than 30 times it regrettably appears that incorrect orders, relatively slow service and extremely unhappy staff is the norm. Avoid if possible.

Some of staff can let this place down. I get it that it's not a glamorous job but learn to smile and be helpful. A young lady behind the counter decided to argue with us over the amount of cheese we ordered in a whopper.

Mostly ok, but how hard is it to add ketchup when requested? Too hard for staff here 95% of the time, apparently.

Stupid c#&@s 5/10 times your burger is slopped together as if they only hire the blind to put the burgers together. 5/10 times your order is wrong. The number I tried to call did not work.
