They have been feeling me ever since I was little kid however I really wish their vouchers would stop being too whoppers for a discount price A used to always be too bacon deluxes which are the bomb however they never have bacon selection anymore why hungry jacks why?

This place has worst service and the order is never ever right often cold never going back. Staff look and act like they don't want to be there

I ordered a fairly basic meal deal and I waited a long time before I received it and the place wasn't busy at all.

For a cheap burger joint this was great. Food was hot and tasty, discounts through the app are great value.

I don’t like staff working condition and talking. I request please make food ready little bit early. They said, I will got my food when it will be ready. With poor communication skills

Horrible.i had a very uncomfortable experience with one of your workers while being served at the cashier, as i was ordering the employee was being disrespectful with her language she used she didn’t seem to use her manners and as i was waiting for my order i had seen the employee spitting in the work space and vaping, disgusting and dirty store.

Look at what I got from them…. A poisonous burnt cheese toastie…:) wrote a feedback to them thru the app.but no response at all.

This Hungry Jacks is the most disgusting work environment I’ve ever seen with my own eyes. The Hungry Jacks has terrible service at the cashier as well as had a terrible time being served by an employee who ended up being disrespectful behind the counter to me and was rudely vaping inside the work place. As a workplace it should be under supervision of a cleaner as the work safety practices seem to underlying and need to be re done. If I was the manager of this store/company, I’d be disappointed in my work ethic as a leader of such a large corporation that’s turned disgusting. Fast food restaurants need to be re looked at as there’s multiple different reviews showing the same complaints with evidence of baby flys, normal flys on the counter tops of seats and tables. The employees have been seen laughing loudly behind the counter with no care, I think food companies need to look into re thinking who they genuinely employ to put into service at a restaurant. I’d rate this store a 1 star. I wouldn’t recommend to come to such a dirty unlocked after environment.

They make lots of mistakes for the orders, burgers are usually not very warm, the drive through is very very slow.

Restaurant mainly outside was absolutely filthy. Food on floor, tables not wiped, play equipment visibly dirty and all the bins inside and out were overflowing. I was actually worried about eating the food as was then worried about how hygienic the food prep/kitchen was. Very disappointed and disturbing. Unfortunately didn’t take photos.

I ordered off the app for delivery received order over an hour late. The food was cold and had a couple of items missing. I went into the store to sort it out. Not good enough.

I've been going here for years now and the food is always good any issue I've had they have fixed with a replacement.

Have been to this HJs a number of times. In the past there has always been issues with something (food service etc) however was pleasantly surprised that the service and food has improved.

Wish I could give 0 stars to this Hungry Jacks. The service is a nightmare, the staff seemed too busy laughing and chatting and haven’t reached puberty yet. So I asked the cashier to give me a bbq cheeseburger and she replied (what’s that?) so after repeating myself twice she finally understood and she ended up giving me tomato cheeseburger. After waiting 45 minutes for our meals one look and we ended up giving it to our dogs. At least they enjoyed their meal.

Always seem to have a bad experience here. I wanted to get a deal through the app, and when i got to the window, id been charged the normal price for a full meal. When i told the girl this, she shrugged and said "I don't know how to do refunds". As someone that works in the fast food industry myself, the customer serivce here is terrible.

Terrible service. Orders are wrong 90% of the time. The drive through takes exorbitant amounts of time to get through. The kitchen looks filthy. Staff have no idea what they’re doing - they gave our order to the car in front of us tonight. Save your time and money, and go to Maccas.

Hard to rate atmosphere as I had delivery. They have been advertising the Baconator deluxe so I gave it a shot. I got it in a meal with onion rings and an Iced Chocolate.
The burger was ok I suppose but if you are going to advertise a burger like it's a feast I expect a giant burger, this was not. The double bacon cheeseburger is very similar but I would say better. Onion rings were good and the Iced Chocolate was delicious.
All in all I won't order it again, not because I didn't like it just because the double bacon cheeseburger is a better burger. And on another positive, Hungry Jacks have put their big boy pants on today - They got my order right. A straw would have been good but they are getting better.

90% of the tables were dirty, even though it was quiet. The chips were old. The whopper had way too much onion on it, and pickles (despite being ordered no pickles), and was poorly thrown together. Very disappointing experience.

If there was an option for 0 stars I would have used. The patties were still frozen and over all inedible. Waste of my hard earned money.
