Hungry Jack's

Dropped in for coffee and breakfast, food was ok, but the place was filthy floor tables, rest room extremely rank. Clean up your act.

Honestly the worst Hungry Jacks I have ever had. Was an online order picked it up was cold buns where not fresh. Chips cold also as a corporate store you should lift your game. I have had better service at other stores around the world

The same old H. J.burgers the same a few different styles and the usual fries and drink.
Old reliable when your on the run or in a hurry.

The drive through was packed on the day we went through but the delivery of our burgers was still fast.

I've just ordered barbeque cheese burger meal with orange juice. I can tell that the burger was old, it was dry and cold. The chips were cold and the orange juice tasted more like flavoured water! It sucks that this place never provide good quality food compared to other branches. Will not be going back to this place ever.

Literally the worst hungry jacks, don't bother complaining after bad service you will be ignored and not appropriately compensated, even though it was their fault they messed up!

There needs to be a lot more hand sanitizing by the service staff and please don't touch the straws where we're supposed to drink out of.

Worst service, no care in quality and presentation. Didn't get what I originally ordered. The fries was old and hard, as if it came out of freezer and left over night to defrost.

This hungry Jack's is much like many other restaurants of the same name. It has your classics like the whopper, whopper junior, whopper with cheese and double whopper. Then it has new fangled burgers that really don't do it for HJ puritanicals.

Drive through is so bad they stuff our order up every time! Family of 5 here so we have at least 5 meals to order

The 1 cheeseburger we got had no cheese or sauce just a patty (which was cold) in a bun gross - drinks without ice also

You need to keep your orders here incredibly simple. Not too many items, and nothing customised or they will stuff it up EVERY time! Management is at least good at compensating you for their mistakes though.

The burgers are generally fine. But that staff get the orders wrong about 60% of the time. Always check before you leave (or eat if ubereats). Repeated wrong/missing items.

Make sure to repeat the order at drive thru, staff seems to be hard of hearing. Never get order right. Very poor service at this outlet.

Staff were great and supportive to my client that is vision and hearing impaired well done guys

Was ignored for over 5 minutes with no other customers in store and then had Maggie yell across the dining room rather then approaching me politely and talking to me in a calm manner.

Staff were great, but not enough of them. Longish wait, sticky floors, overflowing bins. Tried the Jack's Fried Chicken which was greasy and disappointing. Chips were nice though.

Actually not bad, they are fast and get the orders right. Just you might have to ask for your promotional item as when they are busy they forget to give it to you sometimes

Don’t understand how they get orders wrong from one window to the next and sick of them saying is it in a meal or on it’s own when I haven’t finished talking

I ordered a coffee and two burger with chips. Other than coffee everything was cold and the taste of coffee is ridiculous. Just stop making the coffee. Hungry jacks No one likes your coffee no one drinks it.
