Did on line order from the app for in store collection and they got 5 significant things wrong in the order!
Then got berated by the teenage store manager telling me I was wrong until I shown them the order clearly in the app!
Check your order’s closely!
Oh and forgot… coffee machine was broken as well!

It was ok.couple of the burgers were cold and seems its difficult to get the filling in the bun.chips were hot and crispy.but the last couple of times before that its been really good.

Have been to this HJs a number of times. Every time I visit something is just not as good as other HJs. Last time the burger was stale, in the past muffins were burnt, the chips are consistently not good. Only redeeming feature is the playground that the kids love.

The burgers were disgusting and stinky. The patty was so hard like it was cooked a week ago. Didn’t eat at all just by the look of it.

Always get the order wrong. Completely incompetent sadly. Every single time they are missing something, or the wrong order. Usually long wait times.

I visited this place with my granddaughter for an icecream. We were served by a very young boy who seemed pleasant enough. He took my small change then went and filled the cone with icecream and handed it to me. My problem with this is that with Covid around, I would've thought he would've put gloves on when handling food. Failing that, he should've, at least, used a serviette to handle the cone. When I questioned his hygienic practice, or lack thereof, he said he washes his hands frequently. I wondered about his interpretation of FREQUENT. It certainly wasn't before handling food and having just handled loose money. Won't go back!

Was very disgusted on the service and thay can’t make a good whopper to save them self. Well back to the good old Macas

Ordered 2 medium coffees at 5: 21pm, received 1 medium and 1 small at 5: 37pm through front counter. Seemed like drive thru and food for front counter was most important. Not happy.

Only come here when I can't be bothered going to the Newton one. I had a young girl serve me, only to give be compete attitude when I wanted a cup or water with my order, not a bottle and I'm easy going, manager was nice at least showed me respect.

Not a good look or feel when the floor is slippery and half a cigarette stubbed out and for all to see! Nothing to rave about but I feel employees could be blind!

No one at pay window for good 4 mins with no apology. Chips were the worst chips I've ever had! Dry, cold and tasteless.

I would probably give it 0 stars if I could,
Meant to be "fast food" waited over 10 minutes for a coffee and a hashbrown and ended up having to leave because they took so long.
3rd time it's happened.
Also coffee is still terrible, Maccas all the way.

Ordered Vege whopper, & specifically told the lady donot give me rebel. But offcourse ended up with one. Took it back to counter to change it back to vege whopper. Only to have no sauce and missing cheese.

Wrong order twice then cold two weeks in a row disapointing they use to be good not any more dont think I will go there again

Service was ok as was the coffee. But the lady who made it was not convincing that we mattered. She decided to clean up before actually making the coffee, had to discuss work with other staff and it was such a pity that she was on duty the 1st time w tried their coffee.

Shocking service, got home with half of ordered food and one broken drive through, sat there along with others for.over 20 mins, had to get another customer to alert staff, no apologies

I've been going here for years now and the good is always good any issue I've had they have fixed with a replacement.

Just got an ultimate whopper meal and a bbq cheeseburger.
Paid $17.50 with one piece of bacon on my whopper and lid for my softdrink was for coffee so couldn't put straw in.
For that sort of money I was ripped off.
Shame on you HJ. Won't be going there any more. When I can get 2 roast pork rolls across the car park for less.

I have been visiting this place a thousands of times.
One day I Just off from the job and went through the drive way and a lady put a blame of my tone to be rude, intact I wasn't. I was your regular customer. I haven't received that kind of bad service for a server in my entire life.

Poor practice of delivery drivers coming into the store to pick up Uber orders and putting their dirty bags, or sitting at customer tables while waiting for orders. The tables are not then cleaned after they leave in line with current Covid standards. Why aren't these orders collected through the drive through as this would be much safer for everyone. Will not go back there.
