Hotel Ibis Adelaide

Good hotel in Adelaide. Great for the business traveller. In a great location for restaurants, shopping and right in the CBD. There is no internal parking, but they have an arrangement with a UPark across the road. Staff are very helpful and do an excellent job. Rooms are comfortable and clean. No mini bar, but there is a decently stocked vending machine on each floor. Can get a little busy in the mornings with lots of people checking in and out.

Location and service were good. The room was clean. But the reception wasn’t welcoming at all. Spoke to the same girl at reception three times during my stay (4 nights) and every time she was just wanted to get rid of me ASAP. Not very professional.

I have stayed at the Ibis on three occasions. Good modern clean rooms at a great price. However they really shone on my last visit when there was an issue with my room at 3: 00am. They quickly sought to rectify the issue, and when it was discovered they couldn't they quickly found me a new room, and provided complimentary breakfast for the inconvenience. A brilliant job done. A+ staff.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel and would happily stay again. I was warmly greeted upon arrival, the room was clean, of a good size and a gorgeous view, the hotel is also central to everything so it's handy for my business trips.

Great location near Rundle Mall and St. The Service was great, informative and very polite. I cant fault the rooms. I have stayed there on a number of occasions and will continue to do so.

Stayed for a weekend recently and loved the location. Right next to Rundle Mall, there were plenty of shopping, dining and entertainment options. Room was clean and hotel facilities were new. Would recommend staying here if you're visiting Adelaide, whether for work or for leisure!

Nice yet basic hotel, clean, well located, nice staff and average but sufficient breakfast. Rooms are small but nothing was missing there. Recommended for business travelers who needs to stay around the Central Business District

Yeah this hotel is very very trendy new and the staff are friendly and helpful in every way.
One of the best things about it is that they will organise to open the car parking for you just up the road and it’s $22 a night. Parking which is quite reasonable when you think about all that all the Ibis is a good hotel and I would return there.

Pretty cheap hotel but definitely have a great service. Staffs were friendly and accommodating. Bed is really comfy and we must say if you're planning to save up some money but still want to sleep comfortably, we suggest you should book your room here.:) Food was okay but rooms are quite small. Overall, it's still a great place to stay when you're on a vacation. Location wise, this is the place we recommend.

Had a bad experience and wouldn’t go there again had to wait in the lobby for a good half hour due to complications after having to wait hours because their computers were down. Also didn’t supply the basics in the hotel room.

Very nice hotel close to the shops with everything you need to survive if in the city for more than a few days, including the gym. Restaurant is decent, they need to increase the variety of cereals for breakfast.

The hotel was well kept, modern and located in a fantastic location. The in house restaurant is surprisingly good and if you have an accorplus membership, it's great value.

The rooms aren't large, which is expected at the price range. My only negative is that their queen sized bed seem to be smaller than normal. I raised this with their front desk during my stay and management after. They assured me they are queen sized bed but probably the first my feet extended over the edge of the bed by a tiny bit and I'm under 180cm in height.

Overall great value for money and I'm likely to return.

Centrally located one block from Rundle Mall. Excellent reception area and staff. Excellent bar area and staff. Excellent well appointed room. I used the level one bar dining. There was a generous range of items to choose from. My Cajun chicken was delicious. I would stay here again when it's in Adelaide.
