Hilton Adelaide

Lovely comfy room, great location, and simply the BEST fluffy bath towels! Nice breakfasts and executive lounge access a very handy add on.

I stayed at the Hilton Adelaide for my recent work trip from 11-14 Nov. I got one of the corner room with great views overlooking Victoria Square and Adelaide Hills. I enjoyed the natural light. There The bathroom is a bit small compared to the Peppers Hotel Adelaide, although it was nice to have the modern walk-in shower and rain shower. I was delighted to find 2 pairs of slippers in the cabinet, as most Australian hotels don't offer this.

The buffet breakfast has a good variety of food and they are all delicious. I loved the made to order eggs and freshly made juices. I was impressed that they even serve congee for breakfast! The only downside is that espresso coffee is not included and the coffee from the coffee machine is very ordinary. Also they only offer Aurora tea bags at the buffet, not the LMDT (La Maison Du The) tea bags that are offered at the bar. Whereas at Peppers Hotel, you'd get the LMDT tea bags as part of the buffet breakfast. With the price that Hilton charges for rooms, I'd expect that LMDT tea bags to be offered at the breakfast instead of the Aurora tea bags.

Overall, it was a pleasant stay. All the staff I encountered were courteous and professional. Location was central too. I could easily walk to and from the office and never ran out of dining options in the surrounding area.

Wheelchair room bathroom was very small and not easily accessible to shower.needs.to be updated.the air con was noisy as was.the plumbing for.the toilet etc.good location.
Lovely food for breakfast but a bit too busy and the poor staff were trying their best. The bed and pillows were very comfortable.

Nice room, relatively clean. Mattress was extremely soft, asked at the desk but they have no alternatives. Not good if you have a bad back! Staff were helpful and courteous. Room service parmesan fries are amazing.

Good hotel with well trained attentive staff. Hotel is early 1990s but had been refurbished at certain points over the years. Our room was good but not amazingly 5 star we were expecting. Gym facilities were the best I have seen ever though.

Could not use stairs due to a spill and after a conference with a large so many people took forever to get down the lift

Nice room. Staff is courteous, helpful and friendly. Good range of choices at breakfast. If only they provide complimentary bottles of mineral water. I have no other gripe.

The Hilton Adelaide is in a great location, close to all shopping and places of interest in the CBD. The room is very clean and staff are friendly. Our only issue was the mattress was soft, lovely for anyone with a good back but not if you don't, there in no option for a firm mattress. Be aware you have to pay for decent internet, only slow wifi is free. Disappointing. Having said all that if you stay at the Hilton you have to try the best Parmesan fries ever, also the lamb cutlets were amazing.

Nice lobby but rooms are tired and in need of an update. Shower heads are too low so not comfortable for anyone taller than 5'11!

Excellent facilities, Lovely bedding, great service staff. Valet needs some improvement to client needs but otherwise a good experience.

Worst experience ever in the Hilton.
A Service guy came in to our room while we resting.
Really bad service in the front desk, I asked for a bottle of water, the lady said we don’t sell it.
Has a huge black mark on the bath tower.
The whole building was out of date.
The only good part is the location.
