Hilton Adelaide

I was placed to stay at the Hilton due to some flight cancellations, but i must say the bed was so comfy that I felt rested after 4 hours of sleep

The staff are extremely friendly the Xmas dinner was amazing. I highly recommend to have your holiday period here at the Hilton Adelaide

Great service and great lobby the rooms haven't been uodated in 30 years. The most amazing breakfast but WOW expensive for a room that belongs in an old motor inn. Really disappointing with the bait and switch with their advertising photos. Surprised Hilton Hotel group would have their name on this and the pool is freezing, get a heater people!

Restrained Glamour at its Best!
I have stayed at the Adelaide Hilton on a number of occasions in the past. The rooms, room service and dining experience are exceptional. As a location this is one of the best accommodation venues I have visited with its impressive views of the Adelaide Hills. Today when we visited for coffee staff were friendly, polite and efficient in attending to our order. A traditional coffee experience is as good as it gets at the Hilton. We have also had the pleasure of experiencing other Hilton hotels across Australia and they are consistently great!

Wonderful service! Very attentive in the best ways. The design and feel of the venue is aesthetically pleasing and beautiful. Food was delicious and catered well to our table's dietry requirements.

I was on a business trip when I was unexpectedly put into COVID quarantine at the hotel for 7 days. The staff were brilliant and made an unforeseen circumstance much more bearable through their friendliness and A+ service! Highly recommend staying here.

We paid a couple of hundred dollars and stayed in a deluxe king room thinking it would be a nice night away. We were extremely underwhelmed by the experience. The furniture is old and outdated in the rooms. The mini bar was empty apart from a couple of tiny milks cups and ice as it needed to be defrosted badly! There was a broken crack pipe outside the window despite being on the 15th floor. There’s no car parking available on site and had to walk for over 5 mins with our bags in the cbd. There was also offer to take our bags to our room. I would not recommend staying here to anyone! I would have thought I walked into a small town motel not a 5 star hotel when entering the room. The only positive was the staff and manager are welcoming and friendly.

I had a great stay in the Adelaide Hilton.
My room was very affordable, over looked the Victoria Square and was very comfortable & clean.
Highly recommended.

My husband and I celebrated our wedding anniversary at the Hilton and our entire experience was incredible. The staff always went above and beyond, particularly Carlos and Hayley. We will definitely book another stay!

Food was great and staff, bed was lovely until you layed in the middle and it came apart, and TV just pixelated and couldn't get channels

It's the Hilton. Hasn't changed much. Lighting dark in lounge area. Tables and chairs nearly as old as me. Wouldn't book function there if I had to pay that's for sure. Plenty other nicer places in the city

Truly an outstanding experience, even though it was a short stay. The team was exceptional as can be expected from the Hilton. The next morning, the power did go out and it was almost a 'candlelight breakfast', but the restaurant team went out of their way to make up. Such a wonderful team, kudos!

Great work dinner with the Planning Institute of Australia. Great steak meal, really tasty, and the mashed potato was the second best I've ever had!

Absolute terrible communication and service.would not recommend this hotel, check in was a pain and the customer service assistants were appalling.

While staff are great and the lobby area is nice it is far from the five star experience it used to be. The rooms and facilities are quite tired.

Really great, got our night on SA Tourism Voucher! Service great, food fantastic! Choose upgrades great view of BEATIFUL Victoria Square. Stunning Adelaide, favourite place to be. Went to Moonlight Movies Rymill Park next to Botanic Gardens, fantastic with that special person. Give it a go, Adelaide Markets really close, great bargains and amazing produce. No better place than SA in summer. Warm days, balmy nights. Thanks Tourism SA and my lovely home city, FANTASTIC ADELAIDE

Highly recommended by our business and family. We are regular visitors to Adelaide and love the service and location of the Hilton Adelaide.

Where do we start?
We went down for champagne time 4-6pm and couldn’t get served even though the staff member saw us he was too busy counting his stock. We thought oh good eventually he’s seen us and he walked away in the opposite direction
We were looking forward to having the Hilton as the focus of our stay but clearly this couldn’t happen.
We weren’t the only people waiting for service
Then after venturing out so we could have drinks and food, which so far has the best part of our stay we came back to sleep.
No water in the fridge, in fact nothing but a few small milk containers
We just wanted bottled water and possibly a piece of chocolate
Why did they take extra the money from our cc when there’s nothing to purchase
TOTALLY DISGUSTING
I would have loved a small piece of chocolate but there was nothing
Then to top it off there wasn’t an exhaust fan in the toilet
I’m too embarrassed to admit we have even stayed here

Second time staying in Hilton. Right in the centre of CBD, service was good. Although they made a mistake on the charges and car park but they fixed up at the end.

Fantastic friendly staff with amazing service. Rooms were cleaned to perfection. Definately would stay again 5 stars
