Getting worse
Wait times are ridiculous
Once i was 10 mins late and they cancelled my child appointment
But been waiting here for more than an hour
Absolutely joke
Will havd to stop coming to this clinic now on

My finger was cut by a slicer on this public holiday, and I am quite surprised to find out that they still work. Many thanks to the gorgeous receptions and the doctor, they helped me out in a professional and quick manner.

Always behind time! I think they want to cut it too fine. I have always waited 20 mins but when I went to Dr Qazi I waited 40 minutes. It's not done because I'm someone who always comes in 10 -15 minutes before an appointment to be on the safe side so a trip took more an hour and a half. Please tell the staff and docs to handle time better

One of the worst medical centre in adelaide.please if you have some serious medical issue, please find another medical clinic which have good review and doctor.

In future If you post your feedback than Medicle center will give you latter than they don't want to provide medical care.

My friends and my self experienced recently. I would give 0 out of 10.

Booked online for 10.50am. Checked in upon arrival and asked to take a seat. After an hour of eaiting i followed the girls at the desk up who said they had cancelled the appointment and placed it as a no show or DNA. One hour of severe tooth pain with little to no care from the front desk. Im only here becausenof an emergency i will not be returning. I dtrongly suggest blair athol medical instead. Poor form.

Reception staff and nurses are great. So lovely. U have to pick through the Dr's to get the one who suits u to see regularly but most of the Dr's are good for a certificate when u just have a cold.

Stay away from Dr Chathuri Rajapaksha, she is absolutely useless. She is rude, does not listen to the patient and their needs. She refused to prescribe the medication that has always worked for me which every other doctor has prescribed previously without any questions. I saw a different doctor the same day who prescribed the medication without any hesitation. I have seen other doctors at the same place who have been great but she definitely makes Hampstead Health look bad.

Doctor was ok however terrible service at the pathologists. Waited for 15 mins and just told they are finished and walked off. This was after checking with the receptionist first to confirm they were still taking people.

Absolutely unprofessional staff, no time management. Give yourself extra couple of hours on top your appointment time. And expect no apologies either.

Easy to access. Open late evenings from morning. Saturdays and Sundays are also available. Specialists dosctors covering all the required diseases. Suppirtive staff. There is a pharmacy on ground level as well. Ample parking slots. Kids play area is an added adavantage. It's better to ring them to book in advance if you are a new patient.
