In the last 6 months the medical centre has degraded. I have put 2 complaints in writing and never received a response.one was a lady doctor who would not had listen to my needs and give me help I needed it.some of the staff have been rude. Through this I will be looking of another practice

Adequate parking space, big waiting area, Very good customer service, pathology services in the same building, waiting time varies and depends on doctor, I know some good ones those are very close to appointment time usually, happy in general

Welcoming staff, great location and layout. Usually a short wait. Handy having a treatment room with a team of nurses on site as well as nurses for blood tests etc. Caring doctors that take the time to listen and treat you as a person and not just a number. Bulk billing which is very helpful.

I have been using the services of Hampstead Health since their start. All GPS are great but I would like to mention Dr Feroza Qazi and Dr Nwzad Rasheed, who have always shown compassion and professionalism of the highest level while consulting my wife and myself. This clinic is open on weekends and at hours when most others are closed and will always be there for you when you need it.

This health centre only is a machine for making money they are very pathetic.understand they are only making money they’re not helping people. Always trying to ripping off Patient and the government by making the compulsory appointment with the doctors. Hey I’ve got a good example.when I tested my blood the doctor says you got B12 less you have to take three injections every month so whenever I call them to book the appointment with the nurse they just tell me to book appointment with Dr first and then they will send it to you to nurse.to get the injection whenever you walked into the doctors room he never ever check anything apart from the injection box in my hand and telling me wait outside nurse will call you soon and ripping the government

Im so happy that your doctors actually seen my child, after a negative covid test, another doctor refused to see her for her cough. Hampstead is amazing. Great service and staff are so friendly.

Doctor Estevez very professional and capable as usual. Reception service was fluent and correct unlike the first times I came to clinic, years ago.

Dr. Pamela Duffield

I have had Dr Pamela as my GP since I moved to Adelaide 1 1/2 years ago from Sydney. I find her very balanced and reasonable to deal with, and not extreme in the least. She's willing to listen and has a calming disposition. She has a lot of experience in medicine and I feel I benefit from that. I'm very happy with all the services she provides for me. We work well together as a team, as doctor and patient.

Dr. Hsu

I have had problems with my jaw - TMJ for over 3 years and I was afraid I would get lockjaw each time I ate or yawned. I sought the services of a chiropractor, physiotherapist and dentist, and they could not help me. The physiotherapist and dentist said I may need surgery to have my jaw broken and re-aligned. Of course I was not happy with that. I remembered hearing that maybe acupuncture could help, so after researching this and finding out for myself (as its not advertised or promoted) that everyone under Medicare is entitled to 6 free visits in one calendar year, I decided to engage the services of Dr Hsu. After 4 visits, my jaw came good, stopped clicking and got re-aligned. I'm very grateful to Dr Hsu and very happy for all his care. I have recommended him to my friends and some have engaged his services.

Dr. Joshi

It's mainly my husband Glenn that sees Dr Joshi as a patient for his skin. He is a good and experienced doctor who also patiently listens and doesn't berate us for trying natural therapies where we can. Of course with skin cancer, these can be limited and can't always help, so Dr Joshi had to operate on Glenn's left ear where he had skin cancer removal previously, but they obviously didn't get it all. So Glenn had a second operation which Dr Joshi performed. He did a good and neat job and so far it is alright. He's also on a "watch and act" alert with Glenn's ongoing skin issues. So we are very grateful to him too for his services.

So we found these 3 doctors very respectful. Please feel free to pass these comments on to them, as they need encouragement too. The only thing I would like to see changed is that other services Medicare covers, such as acupuncture, (and I'm not sure what else) to be promoted so more people can benefit from these.

I understand that scheduling can be quite difficult to stick to however, when I’m waiting for 26+ minutes and someone can just walk in early for their appointment and see a doctor right away is beyond me. I understand everyone has varying problems and issue but my time is worth as much as any other. Staff only gave frustrated responses.

If time matters to you. Don't come here. Even after booking an appointment a week before, I had to wait for 50 minutes.

Staff are friendly and good listeners. Always able to get an appointment that suits, love that they are open after regular business hours. Large new and clean facility, plenty of parking and bulk bulled. What more could you want!

You feel as if this is a walk in service and keep on waiting for hours and hours.
No benefits of booking appointments earlier.
If you have appointment here, bring your phone charger with you.

While they may be running a bit behind time there is free wifi and the service is excellent. I would recommend this place and have been there quite a bit recently, friendly, helpful staff, and good customer service make it a pleasant place to visit

Service so bad, terrible! The doctor only solved one problem, and we told him we still have more questions to ask him, the doctor just ask us leave, and more questions for next time booking. So bad, bad, bad. Never come again!

Worst doctors surgery I’ve ever been too. I have never been seen within 30 mins of my appointment and the doctors and staff couldn’t care less.
