My experience was it didn’t bother me at all and I’m perfectly happy that I had both my vaccines

Was able to complete my appointment over the telephone, which I find extremely convenient. At the time of booking I was invited to make this a face-to-face consult, but not necessary in this instance. Dr Estevez right on time and, as always, extremely pleasant and thorough in his interactions with me.

The doctor I see he is wonderful ive been seeing him for many years and he is a caring doctor. He never runs late and you don't have to wait long. The medical centre is wonderful. The Nurses are wonderful and caring to. A great medical centre. You do such a great job running the medical centre.

The online booking process is very weird and time consuming even it’s hard to find out your doctor. The staff are unfriendly and irresponsible.

The video link service is better than expected. The video image is clear and the conversation with doctor is swift and prompt. I am sure I would use it more in future.

Punctual Drs appointment, treated courteously and efficiently; obtained vaccinations (not Covid, … already done!) via onsite pharmacy and had shot administered by excellent nurse, all done in 40 mins for both of us, including observation wait period at conclusion. Couldn’t fault! Thanks.

Very happy with the experience I had at this medical centre. Dr Kacmarsky is a very caring doctor. He gave detailed referral that I took to hospital on the same evening/night, which was needed for my son's urgent attention. The front desk staff is friendly and helpful. Also, the practice is open till 11pm, which is so helpful if unexpected appointment is necessary. The place itself is clean and looking nice overall. Highly recommended.

I am more then happy with service, Doctors are with good knowledge. However I would not agree on policies stopping people entering Health service on base non vactination COVID 19 patients, Health service is Human rights all over the world. Booking different times for this patients would be preference then banning total on entry. Smokers and drug addiction patients you would still see them, would you?
I am double vaccinate by your nurse for COVID 19.

The vaccine provided to the public is there to protect the individual who is vaccinated from becoming further ill from COVID-19. The vaccine does not stop the spread of the virus, but limits severe complications for patients.

Staff there very supportive and polite …Dr Sanjeev is absolutely fantastic.very good, listening properly from patient side as well.that’s a best part.definitely recommend to the friends as well.overall nice medical centre

Dr. Amna is the best. She always listen to you and if she thinks she has to refer to someone she straightaway do that. I always prefer to see her our whole family goes to her. Nursing staff is really friendly as well. Highly recommended

Poor service and poor communication with its clients. And now even more so by segregating and dividing people with the mandating of a trial vaccine. This is an absolute disgrace and it's discrimination! Shameful

They lost my blood test report and there is lack of communication between doctors and admin staff. Many times they don’t pick up the phone

Great practice having so many doctors nurses and services and their opening hours are fantastic.

I have been a loyal patient for over 8 years. However, the quality of service is very low now. Despite the fact that my favourite GP - DrAnnie Kwan is in this practice, and I love seeing her. Once I waited for my skin check up for one hour and left, as GP took another patient before me, making excuses based on not working softwear, however, he saw multiple friends or relatives prior me. The other time receptionist booked me to the totally different procedure, and again I had to waste my time wating. Today I went to my physio to find out that my care plant was not there at all! I was once back to the care plant check up in-between, and nobody told me that the practice didn't hear back from the physio. I contacted GP practice and heard that the referral was sent, but Physio didn't contact them and etc. Not happy at all, I drive past multiple GP practices on my way to get these service, time to look for somewhere else.

I visited Dr Gupta for three times, for getting one result, she is not taking any time for patient, any health issue you need to get separated appointment. Such a waste of time and energy to go to this doctor.

I find everyone here pleasant and helpful.
I highly recommend Dr. Anuradha Gupta. She is a lovely person who is both caring and highly competent, as well as thorough and professional in all she does.
I can sincerely recommend this practice for its services and premises, plus I can always get a parking space whatever the time of day. Thanking you all.

One of the Receptionist don't know how to talk (very rude) to customer/patients. If you can't talk in polite way then go home.

So far so good as I’m a new patient, Drs seem nice, reception staff abit abrupt, maybe concentrate of people waiting
