Average for gaming, better dining experience and separate betting room and bar. Good outside drinking, smoking area with the outside Foxtel sports channel showing all major sporting events.
The steaks surprised me. Good food. Good atmosphere. Kids play area. Only thing is the tables could be bigger.
The indoor playground is a bonus but the food is way below par. Schnitzel was not fresh, kids fish was mainly batter.

Very busy lunch times on week days.they currently have a buy one get one free meal.cheap lunch great food the staff are really friendly and the venue is nice.full house on the day and waited only 15minutes for meal.
They have changed the salad.it used to be a fantastic ceaser salad with cheese and bacon bits.now it's just boring garden salad.the steak and pepper sauce is still amazing.tender with great char
The menu was good with two meals for the price of one. Quite extensive with very reasonable Seniors meals (most $11). We both had steaks which were very tasty and cooked how we wanted them.
Very nice meals. Check what you are being charged. 2 for 1 meal wasnt honoured. Didnt realise until my way home to Murray Bridge.
Me and my husband often go for lunch Saturday and Sundays, the food and staff are very friendly, I always looked forward to the excellent chicken ceaser salad, which was the best in Adelaide, but to my disappointment it was taken off the menu, not happy Jan, please please bring it back, now that I have had the best, I don't want the rest
A generic 'Woolworths' pub but the staff go out of their way to give it life. Family friendly with a playground. Regular celebration of events e.g. Sausage sizzle for Anzac Day and special kids program for Haloween.
If you're after an affordable meal for the whole family but can't seem to find that pesky can opener or the nearest butcher that stocks Garibaldi small goods then the Halfway is your best bet.

Nothing particularly flash. Has been done up, and has a decent outdoor area, but not all that great.
