82I Have Always found this practice, friendly, and always always they have accomadated with appointments to suit my needs, we lived in happy valley, then moved to Trott Park, and kept the same practise, had good service With no hassle every time, Thank you all And especially the Dr I always See he's Amazing Dr -Haq
This place is a disgrace of a medical practice. Most of these doctors only care about how many patients they see! All appointments are rushed with absolutely no compassion or intention to help the patients. I was told I should have made a double appointment cause my visit took about 10 mins. But it's ok if patients have to to wait 30 mins for their appointments! I only use this place to get a script for my meds or to get a sick certificate, otherwise it's a waste of time!
I scheduled an appointment 10 days ago, and just one day before the appointment at 6 o'clock in the afternoon they simply call to tell me that the doctor would travel and would not do the service. Did they not know before? Because warning at the last minute without the possibility of having the option of another location, 6 pm this is simply unbelievable.
I have been going to this Clinic for many years since it opened I have always found the reception staff and the doctors extremely helpful, I currently see Dr. Pillai who is a brilliant doctor, I have a panic disorder and agrophobia so I can ring up just before my appointment to see how long I have to wait, thoroughly professional in all aspects, my hubby and 13 year old have been regular patients as well and we are always treated friendly and kindly. No complaints whatsoever, I always use the app and it works fine for me 10/10

She answered an hung up.called back.she said there was no 1 talking it was just playing music on my End of the phone.very rude staff.an never a docter!
I've been seeing Dr Teale for years and is incredibly resourceful and reassuring. All staff are professional. The receptionists are very helpful, kind and informative. The wait time can sometimes be long (10-60minutes) but thats because the doctors don't rush you in appointments and take time to help.
Would recommend if down south.
My partner waited an hour and when he told the reception staff that he had to leave, they said they'd forgotten to check him in on the system. No apology, just a shrug when he said he couldn't wait any longer. We usually only go here when we need something simple.
Fabulous Drs, Nurses, and administrations. I can not find elsewhere better. Satisfied with everything FVMC has to offer.
We have never had a problem with doctors or staff, sure you may have to wait couple days to see your doctor of choice but that is the same anywhere. Sometimes people are just too hard please. Maybe they are the problem and not the clinic. We are well pleased
Lots of doctors so good chance of getting an appointment. The wait times can be long at times but overall good experience.
Incredibly disappointed with the way that I was completely fobbed off and belittled. I'm new to this area and was trying to find a place that I could go regularly but this won't be it.
I tried to book an appointment for a flu vaccine and was told to wait for 4 days until Monday and to phone AGAIN on the Monday to get an appointment. In other words, I had to keep the whole of Monday free so I could go at a time convenient for the nurse.forget work, forget life on Monday! I went to Marion Domain clinic walk-in and was prioritised in the queue and was vaccinated within 5 minutes!
Disappointed that the doctor didn't listen to me.when asking for help. I will also be making a written complaint. I am a nurse and disgusted by the way i was fobbed off by this doctor
Excellent doctors surgery. Wonderful doctors and helpful staff. Some doctors are late but that is because they are very thorough with their diagnosis. Can't fault them one bit. Thank you for always being there for my family.
My 2 year old daughter cut her hand on an old nail and rang this medical centre to find out that they wont be able to fit her in today. Obviously to busy looking after people with a cold or runny nose to care about my daughter who may need a tetanus shot.
Good drs but some staff are quite rude because of this after 10 yrs wont be going anymore sad really! And it dident happen once either alot of my favourite drs have left or moved when there good we follow them!
My first visit here, when feeling unwell it's wonderful to be met with kind, caring staff. I certainly won't hesitate returning here when I need to.
They bulk bill with Allianz for overseas students health care insurance cover. No complaints here.
This is a bulk billing practice servicing a huge area and massive patient load. Yes they run late. But as an ongoing patient of this clinic I always call ahead to see how the doctors are travelling. The reception staff are fantastic and always give you a realistic time frame of when you can expect to be seen. I have never waited longer than 15 minutes. The doctors I have seen here have been wonderful and extremely thorough. This is close, local and bulk billing. Highly recommended.
4 day wait for appointment but short wait in house for my first appointment here. Good amount of information was given by the gp regarding future tests, however not open for questions or discussion.
The Dr spent the first five minutes in a frustrated tone of voice telling me how much time she was wasting to get my information (lack of information from previously gp was why I had come here). Dr repeatedly asked same questions and obviously wasn't listening to my very clear answers. Dr expressed frustration at me coming in so many weeks down the track, until I broke into tears and she started talking like a more empathetic, reasonable person.
Fairly dissapointed.
