Used to be a good. But have gone down hill recently. Refuses to see patients who have not had an appointment with them in the last 3 years. Refuses to see patients with any respiratory issues, even if they have a recent negative PCR. Rude reception staff.

Would not call them a health care facility

Doctor Simon Onyeizugbo is a very good doctor who actually listens, asks the right questions and is calm and reassuring. Thank you Dr Simon for your care

SHOULD NOT EVEN GET ONE STAR RATING. Appointment today for 2.50. While being ignored at front counter on arriving my phone rang which I politely silenced, only then did the rude receptionist acknowledge me. I gave her my name and she said doctors not hear today and they had called me to cancel. That was the phone call I got 5 mins before my appointment. She then threw a mask at me said I had to wear if I was to communicate with her. I have medical exemption which she claimed did not matter. She said no one can see me today and I had to rebook. I had to take time off work to get to this appointment which was pretty urgent. So I am DISGUSTED WITH THE POOR TREATMENT THIS SURGERY GAVE ME. WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN

Amazing rude front staff, i booked an appointment at 12: 50 for a special need person they book it with another doctor which we never seen before and when said to cancel it lady said no matter you have to pay for it, as you didn’t provide enough notice before cancel. That’s amazing i never seen this before at any other practice. They are no match to their countless arguments.

Only good for doctors certificates as they don’t ask any questions about your health. Definitely do not recommend if you’re wanting actual help.

Our Experience today was very disappointing, we are running late but Staff should keep their RESPECT to patients AT ALL TIMES! The lady from the reception was very DISRESPECTFUL, telling us off and said "WE ARE NOT ALLOWING PATIENTS TO ENTER THIS CLINIC IF ITS NOT A SURGICAL MASKS! " Good thing the other lady staff with eyeglasses handed over a surgical masks while that other receptionist look at us as if not happy that her colleague gave us one. Was there any advisory from your website? We are late we do get that, but no one has the right to be disrespectful especially in a Medical Institution who supposed to be compassionate with the patients and not treat them like they own the clinic. How come if the patients are late they can just easily brush you off but when the appointments are getting delayed and we have to wait for over 20 minutes, we never complaint at all, cos we do understand that other patients may take longer. I feel that that old lady from the reception, does not fit for the job, she does not have the empathy and proper demeanour towards sick people. So disappointing. Will NEVER EVER recommend this to any of my friends or colleague living down South. This clinic does not care for their patients, they only see sick patients as numbers and has to finish check ups for only 10 minutes each, which is quite ridiculous!

3/4 doctors Ive consulted with were always in a rush. I feel that the care provided every visit is so inadequate.
I had a very bad experience with the nurse administering my baby's immunisations too. She was so impatient. She was nudging the dummy in my baby's mouth despite him refusing it that I had to stop her. She had a very condescending tone when communicating with me too.

Terrible customer service, they could have sent me a text message or a email.booked 5 days in advanced, I called to the clinic to ensure was everything ok for my consultation, they said I was everything ok.went to my consultation on time, had to wait half a hour past my appointment time inside my car parked in the clinic parking lot.than I decided to come inside and check the situation just to find out the doctor is not accepting new patients (but the website accept new bookings.). Just wasted my time. Don't recommend to anyone.

The doctor's here are nice. The service is a little slow due to being so busy!
The carpark is terrible and is too small, badly needs an upgrade as well as the building! Please fix its a nightmare to park your car here lol

Incredibly rude reception staff. Don't accept genuine medical exemptions for mask but never tell you until your at the clinic for the appointment, then make you sit outside in 33 degree heat whilst full term pregnant with a high risk pregnancy. Would not recommend.

Wait times are poor. Take my advice, show up half an hour later than your appointment time. Saves you having to wait around in the carpark using petrol for air con. Wait times are always between 30-40 minutes.

Waiting times while booking are very lengthy over 30 mins.
While in waiting rooms can be awhile before seeing doctors or nurse.

Staff and Doctors are very helpful and friendly.

It was my first appointment at this practice today and had to give it 5 stars from calling to make the appointment to seeing the Dr all aspects of the practice were great! Dr Adams was professional and caring and I felt totally at ease.
So happy to find a professional bulk billing practice and will definately be back.

You may be able to get an appointment on the day you ring, but the actual wait time is terrible. Sometimes the wait is upto a hour after your appointment. Feeling frustrated.

A family member recently attended an appointment. Required practice management attention regarding an enquiry. They were unprofessional, unappraochable, agressive, not interested in the reason for enquiry therefore certainly not deserving of being in management. Nasty woman.
If you want a medical centre with a friendly calming atmosphere stay clear of Fountain Valley Medical Centre.

I called and asked for an appointment for my daughter was told there were some and got asked the normal COVID-19 questions which I was trying to be honest and said yes she has symptoms but has a negative COVID-19 result and has a clearance certificate from doctor. I was told the doctors would not see her I begged as she was having an allergic reaction and I was told sorry but it's our policies and procedures and refused to book her in. I have called and asked for phone consultation to get script, 1 day I get told no not allowed and next you are allowed. I asked Dr and they advised they are happy to do phone consultations and would of most definitely seen my Dr when she needed one. I came in today and was told to put on a face mask and I advised I have a medical exemption the response was.we'll see what the doctor says about that. ALL but a few and I mean 1 or 2 reception are rude and should not be working there!

I have been a patient at this practice for 1 year now and have seen three lovely GPS who have been very professional and thorough in their consultations.the GPS are Dr Garg, Dr Castro and Dr Teale. However as a Medical office Manager whom has worked in Medical Administration and reception for ten years I am really disappointed by the unprofessional manner of the reception staff, especially the older female who is rude in person and especially rude on the phone to you. She has absolutely no empathy or patience which I feel is very much needed in these reception roles and from first hand experience you need to show care and go above and beyond to help sock people. I have just called the clinic after major foot surgery three days ago and in pain and she spoke to me like rubbish and just wanted me off the phone and was AGAIN rude. Please address her behaviour as no one should feel they are a nuisance in any instance, but especially when they are in severe pain.

Reception staff were rude. They wrongly charged me for a cancelled appointment. They misconstrued what I had said. Did not listen. They don't deserve any stars and I hope it burns down.
