I'm giving them -1* because for the last 15 years I've been coming here and in average it takes 3 hours t9 see a doctor that doesn't speak English properly, has no knowledge, doesn't care, looks weird when you express your concern or kicks you out in 5 minutes. Props to Dr Rosler and Dr Prasad otherwise the whole place is a joke. Waste of your time. Use another place.

Doctor are doing nothing but wasting others people time specialy Dr.prosper is the worst doctor ever, and the wait time is longer than reception said, and all Doctor's are wasting times.

Butchers dont trust the dentist. Put in a complaint their answer was to talk me into coming in for another visit to discuss options only to completely waste my time yet again. Do what is best for them not the patient and tell me the same stuff i already said to them on the phone. No option was given to me.

Every time I visit the clinic I am told sorry your doctor is not in today it just happens to often

I wouldn't give you 1 star this place has gone to the dogs big time, but to leave a comment I have to. People are being asked to come back tomorrow as if that's going to make a difference! More doctor's less waiting I have only see 2 doctor's seeing people what a joke!

Bulk-billed medical care for everyone. Free Ct scan and x-ray. Friendly staff. Who could complain about this? I love this medical practice.

4 hour wait. If I hadn't been waiting for a follow up appointment I would of called a locum. Avoid this place at all costs

After getting no help from locum services, GP surgeries with no nurses and the prospect of going to an overloaded casualty department, I took a friend with a lacerated hand to the centre and they were fantastic. The receptionist took my friend straight around to the nurse who advised the doctor that the wound needed stitching. The staff were very efficient and friendly.

Staff are super friendly and polite given the circumstances but the wait time is beyond ridiculous. Here at 9.45am still waiting come 1pm. Told there was only 8 people ahead of me, 45mins later STILL 8 people ahead me. This new system of appointments and walks in is terribly floored. I have been going here for the last 10 years and this is officially my last visit.

Despite the high pressure and long wait times.
The Male & female staff, on the desk, were Extremely polite friendly and Helpful. To people on the phone & face -to -face Despite getting abused at the same time.
WHY don't they have secirity sraff?

Administration said the wait will be up to 1 hour, it has now been 3 hours later and have not been seen by a doctor yet. For how busy the centre is they should have more than 4 doctors around.

Seriously! Got here at 11.30am and told it was a 2 hour waiting time, decided to wait as I need an injection for work, but here I am 4 and a half hours later still waiting! Unbelievable!

This place is a joke. Arrived at 8.30am was told wait time 60-90 mins. After waiting 3 hours, I just walked out. Doctors are slow as hell

4 doctors for 60+ people & a 4hr wait. Disgusting! The gross negligent incompetence is absolutely mind blowing! Nothing short of criminal, a sad indictment on our system & discriminatory toward the lower socioeconomic class! Don’t bother asking about pain management because you’ll be met with a blank stare! Since when did Australia become a third world country? All is not lost my friends, Dr JAGTARAN SINGH is an excellent GP, friendly & caring. He will definitely take good care of you

Absoloutely disgusting.have been waiting 2 hours to see a Dr. Saturday morning 30+ people waiting 1 Dr on.have tried 3 other times after work in last week to be told i would not been seen as there were 20 people waiting and only 1 Dr on.this is ludicrous.the system is floored.
