Worst dentist I have ever been to didn’t listen to a thing I told them and how much pain i was in just told me to take my tounge peircing out which wasn’t my problem at all my tooth was actually dead! And all they could tell me was that the pain would go away when it only got worse will not be going there again and wouldn’t recommend they didn’t care at all!

I presented to the clinic, the staff were very friendly and got me in quick, May the nurse was very efficient, friendly and empathetic, very impressed.

Took my family member here a few days ago and the nursing staff and doctor were very helpful and professional. Would recommend.

I asked GP for confirmation on my 8 week healed ribs being ok. Dr said I'm not your GP, I am an independent Dr and I don't have to do anything for you. I asked for a referral to a specialist who could tell me I'm ok. He again said I'm an independent GP and I'm not doing that for you. The Dr there is incompetent and won't do his job.

I have been seeing Dr Manjula for a long time now. I was seeing other doctors before her trying to diagnose my health problem. For 2 years nobody could diagnose the problem. I went to Dr Manjula and in the first visit, she diagnosed it and sent me to the appropriate specialist. Over the years different medical problems have come up and Dr Manjula diagnoses within a reasonable time frame so it can be dealt with appropriately. She is not a grumpy doctor, she listens to what you have to say, and doesn’t make you feel stupid, and will also have a laugh with. Thank you Dr Manjula, I will keep coming back

Come from copper coast to see regular doc today was surprisingly quick. Doc chemist and treatment room waited approx 1and 1/2 hrs.

After a severe laceration with a drop saw we attended this clinic for treatment. The wound need d dressing daily for 5 days. The staff especially May were exceptional and Drs were great in particular Manjula Tamunaidu. Highly recommended.

The experience was great and the people were so polite and gentle. I have a ankle injury and had to go there for a scam and the experience was great.

Rude admin staff, long wait times, not enough doctor's is all comprising our health.
This centre has aways had potential but lacks good management and staff.
A real let down for the northern suburbs.

DR SALENDRI PRASAD SEEMED TO NOT BE INTERESTED AND DID NOT WANT TO ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS OR HELP WITH MY PROBLEM
AND JUST ROLLED HER EYES.

WHAT A FIRST TIME EXPERIENCE

It maybe a long wait at times but the staff are worth the wait. They have always helped me when I need something and given me heaps of information.

Very quick service today. I checked in took a seat and the next minute was called into the doctor for my flue vaccination referral then went to the treatment room for my vaccination in a matter of 10 minutes I was waiting time out for any reactions before leaving. This was my fastest visit ever to this Medical Centre.

Today 1230pm poor service all identifications accepted receptionists should put correct info into their database as well as manually where i was missed on a simple piece of paper waiting 4.0hr with 10 extra more people before me suddenly their is a role call? Need too hire people too get this medical clinic moving proplerly instead of every worker standing around playing with their hair ; (

Refused to see my 9 month old granddaughter solely because she had a temperature. No other reason. My daughter had to end up taking her baby to the Lyell McEwin hospital unnecessarily clogging an already over worked hospital system. She was eventually treated and diagnosed with a virus. Not everything is Covid related. Shame on you.

Went to the dental part of this clinic. Absolutely fantastic staff. Very comfortable and they even call the next day to see how you're going! (Teeth extractions) will most definitely return.

Don't bother seeing "Doctor" Salendri Prasad. She is rude, condescending, and useless.

Double jabbed on crutches cracked rins forgot my purse my best friend on his way now and she made me sit out side as i need to buy a mask can't until i get my purse WHAT IS THE POINT OF GETTING VACCINATED YA STILL GET TREATED AS IF U HAVE NOT AND HAVE GOT COVID
