Just waste of time doctor check a patient in one hour try to kick the time and waste people’s time waiting there for just a paracetamol for 3 to 4 hours

Refered from Lyell McEwin Hospital to have a foreign object taken out of my ear, however it was too complicated so had to go back to Lyell McEwin Hospital for removal. My experience was good

A 3hr wait from 708am (so just after opening) is really bad. Should really have more than 1 doctor on at that time. Granted it's not the logest I've waited from opening time but even still. Need to do better

Came in for priority care from the lyell mcewin hospital who told me the wrong time of opening. Receptionist at the centre was wonderful, after coming back at the correct time has wonderful service again from reception staff. Waiting at priority care and the make nurse was wonderful and gave fantastic service. The doctor was over 20 minutes late when I was the first patient and that was after the male nurse had to call and ask him to hurry up and come in (would of been later if he didn't call). Doctors service was very poor, did not even assess the reason I was in and was rude.

The reception staff are usually pretty happy. Everytime I have been in, the reception staff are pleasant. The drs that I have seen have been pretty good. They seem to listen. As it is a walk in clinic, there can be a lengthy wait at times. I am happy to come back when/if necessary.

Over 10 offices yet the only ever have 1 to 3 doctors working at any time. Average waiting time is 2 to 5 hours.

I have a regular dr. Who does appointments. Not alot of drs there.if yr dr is away& you take meds regularly. NO OTHER DR WILL assist. 2 weeks ago 2 drs on 53 phone consults to go & people waiting. Not good. My dr is lovely, but am seeking another dr, as due to an accident I am unable to sit on a Sunday to see her.if I have an appointment & she calls in sick. No one (other dr will assist) I'm SEEKING, another surgery in the Northern suburbs Any help would be truly app

Absolutely fantastic caring Doctors that go above and beyond to get answers. The reception/admin staff are also welcoming and do a great job.
I love that this centre has many facilities under the same roof including radiology and a chemist just to name a couple. Overall I’m really happy to recommend Elizabeth Medical and Dental

So much for following covid rules there's a guy with his mask off mind you he is clearly sick wether it's a cold or maybe covid don't risk everyone else do a phone consolte and if you work here do you job and tell them to leave because they can't be in the center if they are showing they have a cold or flu or maybe covid and if they are not wearing a masks they need to leave start doing your job. Also I have taken photos and will be giving them to sa health.

Doctors are great here and so are staff but unfortunately the wait time can be quite extensive. Could definitely use more doctors at this surgery. If u want a surgery that offers everything in one spot, pathology, radiology, podiatry, physiotherapy, psychologist, dietician even a treatment room for small emergencies u don't need to wait forever at the hospital for this is the surgery for u, unfortunately u just have to deal with long waits for the GPs sometimes.

The reception staff are wonderful, they do their best to be as informative as possible. Unfortunately the wait times are quite long as there are not enough doctors.
The lower rating is purely because of the wait time, the reception staff do advise if the wait time when you check in.

Priority Care unit is a far better option than waiting at the ER when you can't be treated by your GP. Helpful staff and not a long wait.

Really good staff on the front desk and the doctors are helpful! Love their helpfulness
Yes there’s a long wait but one of the only walk in clinics around so it’s worth it

This practice has not improved during the 5+ years that I have been a client. The average wait time is between 2-3 hours to see a doctor which is unacceptable. You will be prescribed with a sedative drug from here regardless of your condition and I warn anyone who visits this practice, to obtain a copy of the doctors' notes. If it's anything like my experience, you'll find that the doctor you have seen has not listened to a word that you have said and have written offensive and subjective comments about you. You'll also find that their overall service only promotes continued poor-health and a continual waiting room full of vulnerable people, who, like me, never seem to recover. GO TO ANOTHER PRACTICE.

Been going there 15years. Doctors don't listen, just sit there goggling on the computer. I have bad anxiety disorder, on alpazolam, have a DDU from psychiatrist, no problems getting a script till lately. All the good experienced doctors have left, now there's a bunch of beginner doctors, who refuse to give me my alprazolam. They tell me to find another doctor-what do they want me to do-sit there every day seeing different doctors? And I find it too difficult to even leave my house without my medication. Bet they prescribe it for themselves. And i'm in pain, but no-can't get pain killers, so I have to put up with severe pain. I'm ranting on, as i'm very angry today, my dr.who was very good left a few months ago and today I saw a dr.who wouldn't prescribe, but I sat there and said how do I leave my home without my meds.to find another dr. She got a bit angry but gave me a script after adding insult to injury by phoning the doctor shoppers line, who told her I've always been getting my alprax from that medical centre, nowhere else in all these years. What did she think? I'm a 64 year old drug dealer or something? Sending my files to where my previous dr.has gone to, It's far out my way, my cars not reliable, but i'll push it there if I have to! Do not go to this Eliz.med and dental centre! These inexperienced drs think they are higher on the pecking order than psychiatrists and experienced drs

Had follow up x-rays done to check an ongoing issue I have, results came back saying that I DO in fact have the issue. After a quick walk back to radiology I was told by a lovely woman to call back the follow Tuesday to sort things out as I’d not had the information provided that I’d needed, which specifically would be how far my issue has progressed.

2 GP visits later and I still have no idea, the older gentleman that answered me on the phone today made me feel like I was talking to a broken record - the most unhelpful receptionist I’ve talked to in my life. I won’t be coming back and will be taking my x-rays elsewhere.

This is bulk billing at its finest, I’d need two more appointments to get the info I need. One to request the changes and then another to receive the new report. 4 visits for a simple follow up, seriously, don’t waste your time.
