Dr Matten Butt is by far the WORST doctor I have ever encountered.
I understand why he has so many available appointments. I came in with a suspected uti and just wanted to test my pee and have some antibiotics. When I asked he rolled his eyes at me and sighed and told me to pee in a cup and give it to reception. I have never in my whole life had this happen, they can test urine for a uti on the spot and give antibiotics there and then. I said ok I can do that and he told me to leave quickly.
Once I’d let I handed my sample to reception and to this day (a whole month now) I never got a call for my results for a simple uti.
I felt embarrassed of my body, uncomfortable and looked down Upon by this doctor. He shouldn’t have a license.

As stated in my earlier review, my partner had a terrible experience regarding their script. They finally had enough money to get their script this week, and were told by the pharmacist that Dr Manjula had prescribed a dose of the medication 33% higher than the highest safe dose and 150% higher than the recommended starting dose. The dosage is available in the information in the medication packaging and on sites about the medication. This dangerous oversight combined with other issues mentioned in my earlier review means we will not be returning to this clinic and I strongly urge others away.

Excellent service. I came across an amazing nurse who want extremely kind and caring. He was patient with me and exceptional in his patient care. Thank you Nurse Cheng Yuan for your kind and excellent care of me as I was so scare and nervous but you did a fantastic job. Dr Alwady was amazing too. Thank you so much to both of you.

Friendly staff and I wasn't waiting to long for the doctor although they could have more reception staff working as there was a wait when you first get there. Overall I was happy

Dr Carolyn Roesler is a phenomenal human. Intelligent, knowledgeable and compassionate. A true gift to the community.

I had an Dr appointment. When I turned up. I was told I had to pay $70. Being on DSP didn't make any difference. So I had to rebook with another Dr that bulk bills. I don't understand why doctors there charge different prices and some bulk bills. I seen Dr Kamal Musa. He seemed nice.

Worst experience ever. Doctor was so rude. If you don't want to treat sick people she should not be a doctor. I literally feel traumatised by her.

Absolutely one of the worst Clinics in Adelaide. Lazy, arrogant and ignorant Staff, Lazy Doctors who refuse to pick up the phone. Disgusting!

Forced to pay $71 to see a doctor in one of the poorest suburbs in south Australia, is absolutely ridiculous. This garbage is not worth even half a star I've got to try looking for a different doctor now.

Dr Mateen Butt and the staff there are amazing, patient and professional. Very happy to have this medical center as my go-to for all my health needs. Love this place

Had an experience yesterday that made me feel a lot better and I was able to keep calm (Not easy for me to be calm in those situations) because the Nurse and Doctor were both lovely, non judgmental, just very professional and pleasant to speak to. Listened to everything I said and helped me with following up further. Thank you for everything you helped me with greatly appreciated!

I have been coming here for well over 10 years now, I usually see Dr. Manjula as she is really friendly and professional

But I have noticed that they no longer do bulk billing, and they charge a $30 fee for every visit (I can't AFFORD THAT)

It's causing quite a bit of stress and anxiety, because I don't want to change doctors, but at the same time I can't afford the fees either

I rang at 8.30am for a telephone appointment today. I was put on the list but because my Dr don't work Sundays, I might not even get a call back and to ring the locum sevice. All i need is antibiotics for sinus infection. It's now 2.30pm and still no call I just waited 30 mins on the phone to see if i was still on the list, so if you need anything on a Sunday just be there when the doors open to.see any Dr don't rely on a call back if your Dr isn't there.

Tried to call to make an appointment 3 times. The last time waited 20+ mins and gave up. Is there a problem with the phones?

Extremely frustrating that what used to be a walk in, bulk bill clinic is now all bookings, fee based and walk in appointments hardly exist anymore. Very frustrating and disappointing. When we need to see a doctor and 15+ other clinics are booked out we could always rely on Elizabeth medical to get into a doctor. What a joke now.

Very well presented and friendly administration staff here. Plenty of room and seats as well as nice cold water dispenser to refresh. Our GP is Dr. Kara who is very professional and knowledgeable and most of the time spot right on the issues.

Don't ever go to this place if your looking for bulk billing as they don't do bulk billing anymore

My partner needed an urgent appointment and rang here, Crystal was amazing and got him in straight away. The staff that treated my partner were great as well. Would highly recommend coming her, the staff are friendly and professional
