1st Anniversary Flamenco 3 course dinner

Had an awesome night with great food and fantastic entertainment. We were seated on the lovely deck overlooking the beautifully lit gardens.

3 Tapas style entrees were delicious with my favourites being croquets and to my surprise the raw king fish. Main meal was the chefs famous paella and dessert was delicious gluten free churros that were light and fluffy with chocolate sauce. All meals were very well presented.

My friend is vegan and that was well address with delicious options for her.

Entertainment was great with some very talented flamenco dancers and guitarist.

Service was great and I look forward to the next event.

4 hours for 3 courses on Valentine's Day.

What should've been a lovely evening of Flamenco dancing and tapas, was a long, drawn out evening waiting for food.

For a 6 o'clock booking, it took 1.5 hours before receiving the first two parts of our entree, then another 1.5 to receive our main and then another 1 hour until we got our dessert (which we got to take away because we were over waiting).

The poor waiters and waitresses were wondering table to table not knowing who had been served so far, or what had been served.

The food -
The entrees started well, simple and tasty.
The mains were disappointing with a dry paella, overcooked potatoes, and 5 pieces of lettuce with some dressing.
Hoping that the churros were better, we were wrong again, they were small, crunchy, with no taste except for the sugar that it was coated in.

Comida, after listening to such positive reviews from family and friends, it was such a shame to be left hungry and disappointed after paying so much.

The venue was lovely and had a charming feeling to it, which unfortunately wore off after the first couple of hours with little to no food.

The only redeeming feature was the live flamenco show.
