Coles Greenacres

My first go to for grocery shopping as it's my favourite and closest Coles location. Love the new opening time of 6am for Coles Greenacres.

Annoying self service. I prefer Woolworths which is much less finicity about every single item being placed in the bagging area. Sometimes you put things in the bagging area and it doesn’t register. The Asian lady who is often there interferes with my self checkout - she just needs to back away. If I need help I will ask!

This is my regular grocery shopping spot. Carpark is good, easy to access. It's amongst cafe, bakery, chemist, newsagent and other variety stores. Very convenient

Very very very rude staff. Don't go here. This is my first and last time I shall go there. We bought worth $120 and we got some bloody toys they are promoting at Coles. I wanted to exchange one and I got the rudest response ever. I don't care even if I were denied politely. They are not donating stuff to me. I am buying it from them. I will escalate it to the head office today.

Another very good supermarket. As always all groceries, dairy abd other products are available. Good staff and easy checkout. Open 7 days a week excluding public holidays. Easy returns possible, no issue with parking at all.

Fruit and vegetable stock levels were low at 5pm. My flybuys voucher didn’t work and staff said not to worry about it. Was not offered vouchers. Poor service and poor shopping experience.

There is seriously something wrong with most of the senior management in this store. The manager is probably the single rudest person I have ever met in 20+ years working as a retail manager. The front end controller is a snarly woman who never smiles and seem to bully the staff into submission. There is a guy with a big red beard who has really bad breath, and a patronising attitude. Yeah I know I have to wait until the message appears on the pay wave screen but do you have to tell me how it works EVERY time I go through your register. Fruit and veg staff who lecture customers on "taking the ones at the front" rather than me being allowed a choice. It's a pity there is no option for 0 stars, because this team need a serious kick up the pants. Really hard to find someone at Coles Greenacres to complain to and be taken seriously.

It is a nice supermarket, there fruit and vegetable where a little bad with the lettuce bags but i have noticed they never last as long as other stuff.

But this photo shows me not to always trust coles brand especially packed nuts what the hell i am turned off my meal i am happy i didnt serve this to my friends lastnight

Staff are generally friendly and you can usually find what you're looking for. The range of fresh produce is good. Although, I was a bit disappointed to have gone there recently and they did not have Egg Nog even though it's nearly December.

I was also disappointed on a recent visit when I was looking for a certain product and the shelf was empty. I went to ask a staff member about the product and I was rudely interrupted. I asked if there happened to have any out the back and I was coldly and abruptly told no"No! " as she stormed off, as if I were inconveniencing her. If you have seen Black Books with Dylan Moran playing a rude, bastardy bookshop owner, you may know what I mean when I say it was like she had the attitude of "Why are these people coming into my shop? ! Why me? !

Again, overall, the staff are generally friendly so don't let my 1 or 2 bad experiences discourage you from shopping here.

Worse supermarket in the north east suburbs. Endless queues unless you want to pass thru self service checkouts. Worse idea ever.
