Coles Greenacres

The older (asian) lady who works self serve is extremely rude. Everytime I come in she always questions if I scanned everything even though she was watching me the whole time and ignoring customers who actually needed help. Today was the worst experience I've had. Again watching me the whole time I was scanning my items and after I paid and was repacking my bag it fell on the floor and my items went everywhere. Instead of asking if I needed a hand or if anything was damaged, she asked for my receipt even though she watched me scan every item. She really needs to get better customer service or move to a different department where she doesn't need to have any dealings with customers. She is the only reason I'm giving a 1 star review. Everyone else that works there are always super nice, but she needs to improve her customer service.

Coles has a sign up staying high risk area wear mask and covid qr code, no staff wearing masks, no wonder customers aren't taking it seriously. We saw 4 people wearing masks overall. Management definitely not taking covid as serious as they should.

I have been shopping here for more than 11 years.the lady (asian) at the check out is extremely rude.i bought baby formula from priceline n had them in the pram.while checking out she asked me where's the invoice for the formula i said i dont have it but you dont keep these ones in your store.she said she needs to call the manager i felt so insulted while waited for the manager to come i told him the story he said thats okay n left with smile.why would i lie? She made me feel like i stole them.several times i had her for staff validation n she bangs the stuff like.i dont really like that. I understand the policy but she is really rude.they have good staff like Anand too.

I was abused by deli staff for wearing a mask during covid avoid this Coles at all cost rude and disgusting behaviour

Very good, patient & understanding staff. Not busy early on a Saturday but this changes quickly.

I’m really upset with the lady (looks Asian) who is normally there at self serve checkout, I haven’t even start scanning the items she came and asked is this from here or somewhere else? If I didn’t scan end of the time then she can ask, She is nasty.
I don’t feel to shop there anymore

Nice newer Coles layout and decent parking. Good range. Can really get busy on weekends but the cashiers really are friendly and productive.

This Coles is huge, they used to stock clothing too, but they have cut back on that, maybe cost too much! Anyway, it's a great shop, bigger Isles, and fantastic variety of foods to buy, a must shop to shop in!

Large coles with a wide variety of products. Popular, so can be busy but there's plenty of space and a good layout.

Do love going to Coles at Green acres but sometimes it can be a bit too busy for me. The staff are very friendly when you can fine one. Saying that they are busy working hard helping us.

A large, busy and popular supermarket in the area. Clean, tidy, and friendly staff. Ample parking available.

Favourite place to do weekly shopping or to just call in for a few items.
Variety of shops so able to get most shopping we need
Always clean, plenty of parking and no annoying shopping trollies in car parking places

Large clean store inside shopping g centre plenty of parking, wheelchair access, disable parking spots parking, off main road several entrances

Terrible experience with online order! Unreliable. They lied that we were not home when heir system shows that our order was cancelled before it left the store. Had to wait for another 24 h for our delivery.

Still walk out with a small bag but still costs so much. We need more price reductions as people are struggling.

Now I know why I have been avoiding this place unless you self serve you get on one of the 2 lines with full trollies and wait. Wait. WAIT. What is going on

Large well stocked store with plenty of food stores, Asian grocery store, liqueur store, chemist, good parking

Good size store. Big offer. Shopping center has other shops such as bakery, groceries and pharmacy

Only one checkout open with a huge line-up. Went through self serve and the machine stuffed up as usual

Decent store good staff. Fruit and veg coyld be fresher. But excellent customer service from some of the deli staff.
