Coles Greenacres reviews
70Coles, Greenacres in S. A.absolutely appalling. Worker down the aisle could not help properly and tried to tell me to find someone else with a cart a few aisles down, even though she was in the aisle where I was after the item. Then with my few items in a small trolley I proceeded to the self serve as all other registers were full. Two. I assume managerial type ladies were chatting at the opening of the self serve, looked at me then proceeded to talk without moving out of the way, so I waited they finally moved. As I was going to the checkout, there was an assistant at the first checkout she heard me say to my partner how rude the other two ladies were. She then turned away. But as we were scanning our groceries they were not registering the weight properly, I asked for assistance but she ignored me twice. So I said quite loudly that I will go to the service desk and ask for help. She still did nothing, there was a line up at the service desk, I saw a gentleman in front of the other registers so I ask if he could help, he said certainly then when he came over he asked the girl to help us. I refused and said no I would like you to help us, he looked very confused I explained how she had no intention of helping and we would like hinge to help. Which he kindly did. But I must say our experience there was very poor.
Good ol Coles. Good stocks of everyday essentials. Nice to visit when Woollies is out of stock. Easy parking is great.
When i was shopping at Coles Greenacres. Employee by the name of "James Lowe" was very aggressive towards me and my family when we simply asked how much the parsnips were. He went and told me to snip my head off instead. Next time i come in i would like to have a word with him.
With the ecomic pressures already faced by blue collard Australians you would think a multi-billion dollar company who posts profits can actually reduce prices on necessity items.
Was able to shop without incurring any obstacles and staff are always happy to assist when needed.
An employee by the name of James Lowe of told me to go f myself when i asked where the bread was. Disgusting behavior form this young man, i request he be terminated immediately. This is unacceptable.
Coles always have fresh fruit n veg but the meat section was always better when they had their on site butcher. The meat dept is not stocked with much these day
Don't buy or eat Cole's so called "fresh prawns", were off and stunk like an off dirty bin, like off bait, yuk, smelt when l opened the bag, ten minutes after purchasing.
Unfortunately I needed help and the young guy that served me was totally clueless! No big deal. But just interesting.
Big shop got what you want good range prices are slowly going up but the biggest issue this store has is getting out really slow checkouts why they dont just get rid of the conveyor at front desk and put in the same as St Agnes with 3 little check outs side by side to make it quickier for 12 items and under checkout as alot of people dont want to use self checkout especially with covid about and the ARNT DISINFECTED AFTER EACH CUSTMOER
Coles is a large shop in a small shopping centre. They have a variety of stores there and Coles certainly has the majority of the space. It certainly has so much stock, well spaced out and easy to find what your looking for.
Went in to buy some gift cards that were on promotion and someone had put one with a different value behind the ones that I wanted. I only noticed at the checkout and the lady said that once the card has been scanned I had to pay for it. No apologies, just you stuffed up, now you have to pay. I should have asked to talk to the manager, or maybe just walked out and not paid leaving everything at the checkout. Not impressed with the customer service by a long shot.
This has been my local for years. Well stocked shelves, except for lockdowns. Fruit and Veg is fresh and their cold meat section is the best, for quality and service.
Good location easy access car park, there is a library nearby coles is always plenty of shoppers. There also have news agent and subway or some quick snack place for lunch. I do not mind shop there sometimes.
Like many Coles has a decent setup and large range. Is one of the larger Coles stores and seems to have things that others do not. Easy parking at the centre and easy access. Definitely the main food store for those in the area. Worth a visit if you have not been.
This is asian lady in the self check out is very rude. Everytime she is there- it is nost always a bad experience with this woman! Goodness. I do not experience this with other staff! Who does she think she is? And it's not just with me- its with most customers. What is her problem?
Never enough checkouts open! Surely not hard to come up with a system to cater for high demand periods, it's kinda a big part of their business I would have thought yet somehow remains unsolved.
It is pretty much what you would expect for a Coles. It tries to be more than it is but it does the job in a pinch
Car park gets a bit frantic and busy, as does egress back onto roads (maybe that's because I shop on my way home from work), but shopping here is good - wide aisles, well sign-posted, and a huge range. Usually busy at check-outs, but not too long a wait. Overall a good experience.
Poor service waiting 15-20 minutes to a staff member to come and help find a product they call for someone to come 7 times ended up paying what I had in my trolley and left
