Chinatown Cafe reviews
66Had the pork pot sticker dumplings, Chinese cabbage, pork buns and spring onion pancake. The buns were inedible and the meat inside was grey. The pot sticker dumplings seems to made from a poor quality dough that was far too thick and appeared to have been deep fried to make then crispy. The pancake was average and the cabbage cooked well and tasty. Pretty poor experience overall.
Clean place with reasonable prices. Gets crowded at lunch time. Serving Malaysian Chinese dishes such as chicken rice, fried kway teow and curry chicken.
We have been eating here every Friday for decades, litterally (with the same owners). It's the best. Fresh food. Prompt Service.
My favourite place to go for Laksa!
Would have to be the quickest service in Adelaide. Guaranteed good food every time!
Love it! My fav chicken rice in Adelaide. Cheap and quick and delicious! I wish they stayed open for dinner more often! They would make a killing. They can afford to close! They deliver the goods!
Service person was particularly unfriendly when I asked for new cutlery, because of dried rice on the fork. The Chicken Rice was quick and decent sized, but rather neutral in taste. Had better at Ricky's chicken rice in the central market food court.
