Food is amazing as always the chips are so good and the chicken schnitzel is too die for by far the best place for food Everytime we come down that way we can't help but get chicken chef

I first went to Chicken Chef in the 1970s as a teen. 40 years later, It is still my favourite place to get hot chips.

Best chips in town according to my partner! Note: not all Chicken Chef outlets make them like Blair Athol. Thanks for keeping to the original recipe - a fave with all the family.

Absolutely amazing chicken and chips! I've been coming here since I was a kid and I love it! Chickens are always juicy and the chips are just awesome! Really great prices too!

Chicken Chef NEVER changes. Service always friendly and quick. Chips always the best- so good I have to get some every time I'm home from QLD.

Good food normally.chips this time were salty and a lot of very dry chips in bag.very busy.took a long time to cook fish.parking is terrible.

The chips here are always really good and worth the wait. But the potato cakes were very bad due to being kept in the same case as the banana fritters. Banana potatoes.not good. But the chips! The chips are great.
This is a takeaway chicken shop with very limited seating and no amenities. Can be a bit of a wait as it is cheap and popular. Parking out front. Can be difficult to see when exiting onto the main road.

Worst food Ive had there. Food over priced for what we bought. Chips were dry and tasteless. Nothing like it used to be in the 80s. Wont be back sorry

Thought i 'll give this place a try, seeing all the good reviews. Was very disappointed. The chips were over cooked. Very dry.
Never again.

Called in to get crumbed sausage and potato fritters with my son. Upon entry doors so disgustingly dirty, inside just as bad. Sign hanging from ceiling had I don't know maybe 3 years dust, hand written signs my son could do better, just so so dirty. Seen lady eat chips continuously out tray ready for customers, tongs dropped on floor, picked up and reused. Gross! Put our dinner in bin as exited the door. Never again.

Service is quick and friendly.
Parking can be difficult when they are busy.

Their Chip's, chicken, crumb sausage's, salads, etc are made from scratch. I recommend everything their make. Even as a kid i loved their Chip's and crumb sausage's. Yummy!

Great food and large serving sizes dont be put off by the slightly high prices you get more than your money's worth

Best chicken and chips in Adelaide. Great selection of salads. Always busy but lots of staff and they are very efficient and friendly. Average selection of drinks. I haven't had a hot dog from here in a long time but. They used to be awesome as well. Long standing business and they are good at what they do.

Second time i have ordered from here whilst at work only to have something missing from my order.pretty sure when you order a burger combo your suppose to get a drink and chips to go with your burger.sad to say i only received a burger

Great place to get good quality takeaway chicken. I live in the country and often stop here on my way home. Very convenient.
