Really happy to have visit this place. Wide variety of food, especially pies and desserts. Heaps of choices to choose from and the best thing is they are very delicious. The staffs are all very friendly. The best thing is it opens 24 hours. So if you are hungry at night, this is the hot spot.

Great place for a sweet tooth fix, through to a catch up with friends.
They have something for everyone no matter your dietary requirements.
Lastly they seem to never be short staffed so hardly ever much of a wait!

Lentil and chickpea pie is truly sensational, a great environment and drinking water is generously provided.

I like their apricot turnover, and coffe eclaird most. Other items are tasty too. Best part of this bakery is it's 24 hours open. Wish it could have one more outlet at the South part of Adelaide.

Really pleasing to visit an appropriately staffed bakery on a public holiday. The young Woman that served me is very good at her job, considering the obvious demand on her and her Colleagues. The Sunday vegetable pie was very tasty and I would recommend trying it. Although I didn’t order it, I did think that a side serve of mushy Peas at $7 was extortionate. Love that this place is open 24 hours!

It's a great place to go at any time of day or night. Great cakes, pies, and hot drinks.

Just bought two croissants this morning, and when I got home and found these black rubbish and put into the rubbish bin directly. If you saw they had been over-baked, why didn't you put into the bin?

Variety of heaps sweet goods you can find and reasonable price for your pocket money. I try the Nutella bun so yummy. Can’t wait to come back and have some more to feed sweet tooth.

Without doubt the best bakery in adelaide and one of the best in Australia beautiful coffee great food and service always done with a friendly smile I can't fault it everything about bakery on O'Connell just spells out one word delicious

Good location. Parking nearby.eat in or out front under verandah. Great service. Staff very friendly.

This was always one of my favorite places (it's amazing let's be honest) however the last 3 pies I got there were old (had been sitting around for yonks apparently) not nice (in any manor what so ever) I have given it a miss every since (sad as it may be) but what are you going to do (keep eating sub par pies) I think not

Hands down THE best bakery I’ve ever been to. The variety alone is enough to get me in. I could visit this place 100 times and I’d still have new items to try. For my fellow sweet tooths, the Nutella frappe is my favourite thing about this joint. It’s a must buy. Worth the inevitable brain freeze.

Usually we love this place, have done for many years, but tonight got a dry steak and mushroom pie, and an almond latte, that was undrinkable, not sure what happened guys, but fairly disappointed to say the least, considering coffee is always amazing

Very disappointed with the service I had at this bakery early Monday morning, workers seemed to have no customer service and were more focused on talking to each other than serving customers. Food was decent but not worth coming in again for just that. I went in again last night (as a request from friends, I would not have come back in otherwise) and those workers seemed a lot more friendly, more willing to help and one young gentleman even indicated to me where to bathrooms were. This bakery needs more work with customer service, teach your employees to know when to stop talking to their co-workers, especially in the busy mornings.

The best bakery in Adelaide without a doubt. The fact that it is open 24 hours just adds to its awesomeness. A brilliant selection of sweet and savoury baked goods to satisfy every taste. I love their chicken pies, their donuts, their coffee, everything really. I am a real sucker for their Nutella bombs too. Mini buns chockers full of gooey hazelnut and chocolate goodness is unbeatable. These donut flavoured buns also come filled with jam or salted caramel. Yep. It doesn't get much better than that! I legit have never been disappointed with anything I have bought, or have tried from others. Bakery On O'Connell is unbeatable. The best. Hugely recommend!
