AHA Seaford Day and Night Clinic

Garbage service. Waited for 40 minutes, saw Dr. Wren, who came across to be quiet arrogant and his general demeanor was appalling. Complete disregard for the amount of pain I was in. I think he was more focused on pretending he knew what he was talking about.

I have always had a great experience at Seaford Day and Night Clinic, great Doctors and very friendly staff.

Whether I am genuinely unwell or one of walking wounded after some activity AHA Seaford gets me going again everytime.

This practice employs registrars from the General Practitioner Education and Training Program (GPEx) undisclosed to patients and unsupervised in the rooms. I was misdiagnosed, prescribed the wrong medication (I was hospitalized for) and used as a human guinea pig in a training session organised behind my back by a GPEx registrar at another practice nearly 3 years ago. If you choose (and morally you do have the right to choose your level of care) not to be treated by someone who doesn't have Fellowship with the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP) then ask the receptionist (and everyone else you come in contact with) whether you are being treated by a trainee - hopefully you will get honest answers. Absolutely useless with waiting times, I’m the only one in the waiting room and I’ve been here for over 45 mins. Would not recommend ever

We have been using this service for a few years now. They are great. Bulk bill, hours are good open till very late. If they have no bookings available ask to be put on a cancelation waiting list and they often call to get you in. They have 2 clinics as well close to each other so it gives you more opportunity to see a doctor.
Doctors generally give you a good check up whenever anyone in our family have been unwell and don't just rush you out the door.
Seaford are currently undergoing a big upgrade to their clinic which will make them even better.
Ladies at reception are great too.

This doctors office is great. The staff are really friendly, the doctors run on time and the receptionist make a real effort to get you on the wait list to see a doctor that day if needed.

The regular GP i have here is great, Dr Khan. However, the claim on the website for quick appointments is a joke. I have a hurt rotater cuff, i just need a script or CT scan, I can't get to see Dr. Khan till MONDAY (its a friday 1pm) and ANY gp at all, at BOTH their clinics, are booked till 330 tomorrow.

Make sure you are a psychic to for see your illnesses as making appointments here is beyond a joke.

The receptionists are also incredibly rude.

Make sure you allow over an hour wait time. They don't know how to run on time. Such a shame. Used to be a lovely community vibe in the 00ys where they took responsibility for their actions and treatment.
I've tried 3 different doctors here now, and all show zero or little care factor, they are under pressure to squeeze as many appts in as possible it seems. Big money grab if you ask me.
No wonder poor or frugal people don't look after their health. Hard to find decent places that bulk bill.
So. Disappointing.

Every time we come to this doctors they are late. As I'm writing this review I have been waiting from 7: 30pm and now it's 7: 50pm and with another appointment ahead of us it's quite frankly pathetic. I would not recommend this doctors to anyone. I recommend Seaford meadows instead!

Absolutely useless took my 4 year old daughter in there to be looked at as she was very unwell and not herself. He did his routine checks and got told to give her panadol and come back in a day. Went to a diff doctor and she had fluid on her lungs. Absolutely disgusted.useless will never go there again or recommend anyone else to take there child there.

Wheelchair friendly, bulk billing. Extremely friendly staff. Most of the Dr's are very professional and friendly. Easy to talk to and they listen. They don't seem to be in a hurry to get rid of you like a lot are these days. Luv my dr she's fantastic. Dr Helen Bryden.

Knocked off work early for the appointment.
Waited over an hour past the scheduled appointment time.when questioned about the delay - no response. Clearly forgot to follow their booking schedule.
Didn't even have the decency to make an effort to explain the screw up.
Now I am down more than 2 hours pay & still have the ailment.
Will never use this clinics services again

How much time do you have! I've seen nearly every dr there and other than a new one I can't recall his last name but he's placed at Seaford meadows, his bedside manner and helpful, thorough consult was a surprise and welcomed immensely as most are rude, impersonal and a waste of time!

My GP has been excellent. She has gone out of her way to sort out various issues, as i was a new patient.
