AHA Seaford Day and Night Clinic

Have seen some great doctors here over many years and the patient experience has matured and adapted to change. Thanks for being kind and accommodating to my needs at some difficult times.

Seaford Medical Centre is in a very convenient spot and has a Chemist in the building and opposite is a small shopping centre with Foodland. There's very nice Doctors, and is fairly easy to get appointments. All in all it's fantatic

Friendly staff. Could get an appointment the next day. Waiting time was close to actually appt time. Dr was lovely.

Visits to see Dr. Ulinoff & Dr Adil have always been
Welcoming & Friendly. All staff members are very helpful.

I had an appointment here today. Told the doctor after 3wks coughing from RSV is starting to get uncomfortable. For him to reply “yeah I don’t think so! ” I’m sorry but who is he to tell me he doesn’t think I’m feeling discomfort? ! Really unprofessional and doesn’t care about customers conditions. Feel stupid and robbed.

I had a telephone consult with my regular doctor, Dr Adill today. My doctor was informative and helpful in every way. Highly recommend her and other doctors I have had consults with at this practice.

I find booking on line with my preferred doctor always very convenient.
Combined consultations with nurse and doctor work well together.

They're lucky half the doctors are decent. The receptionist staff are god awful and I should not be waiting 20+ minutes for them to pick up when I know damn well while I have been waiting in there for my appointment, they simply let the phones ring. I don't understand the mentality there. Get new receptionists. Get ones that know how to answer a phone.

I would like to comment on how brilliant the reception staff have been during the many phone calls I’ve made enquiring about moving across to this clinic due to my previous GP retiring. The empathy that the staff have shown, along with their willingness to assist us to have our records transferred from another clinic has been amazing. Not only that, the lovely girl I spoke to also took the time to explain fee’s and billing so we were aware what we need to do when we do have our appointment. Thank you

Waited just under an hour for telehealth appointment. No apology from doctor. I find this disrespectful and inconsiderate. I understand that you are busy etc but so are your patients who need patience. This is a long time to wait, and it is good manners to begin with an apology then move on. Please promote a sense of decency and respect towards your clients, and an healthy relationship. Otherwise it feels like we are not worthy and just exist for monetary purposes.

Staff are friendly and lovely! My usual Dr is amazing & if I haven’t been able to get in with my usual, all other Dr’s I’ve seen have been great too. Never have to wait too long. I have recently moved to woodcroft and still use this Dr’s Surgery as it has never let me down.

Posting for my Dad who had an appointment 3.1.23 waited less than 5 minutes in the waiting room, this has never happened before, was the best experience for our first visit in over 9 years, highly recommended, thank you AHA
