AHA Seaford Day and Night Clinic

This practice has really gone down hill. Wait time is over half an hour on hold, if you ring the practice, no matter what time of day or night. I requested management ring me back to discuss the matter but didn't even get a call back. Waiting right now, almost an hour past appointment time, for a phone consultation and still waiting. Terrible service!

Went to collect a script at 4.50pm only to find they had closed. Their website states closing time 5.00pm. Extremely ordinary service.

Booked my appointment online.
Went to the front desk and checked in, gave my details and Medicare card and was told to take a seat.
Hour goes past I approached the desk saying iv waited over an hour and what was happening.
Was told I was listed as a no show for my appointment.
Did I see red.
Incompetence to the max!

Sadly, my child has been relishing the love of another man, but thanks to the great help of the staff at the Seaford Day and Night Clinic has been converted back to the path of god. Now he can rest easy knowing of the 42 virgins awaiting him in heaven.l'chaim.

Such an amazing clinic, the doctors there were amazing, specifically Dr Karamat Khan. The service was amazing, would reccomed to anyone that need to go to the doctors.

This place has been going down hill fast. They’re never open on weekends anymore, randomly decide to change their opening hours on a whim with little concern to patients. The last few times we’ve had to call reception, the staff have been incredibly rude. The doctors seem to either not care or are incompetent at following instructions. I’m currently trying to chase up my MH prescription that was meant to be sent to my pharmacy’s but hasn’t. This place is beyond a joke. I wouldn’t trust them with my life.

Terrible service, incompetence galore. Rude and abrasive staff, under-trained and completely incompetent doctors. You are told that you can only discuss 1 issue with your doctor in the 10 minute appointment, and you'll regularly be waiting 45 mins to an hour past your appointment time. If you value your health, do not see any doctor here. And certainly don't make any doctor here your regular doctor. Dr Devi was my doctor for approx 2 years and now she has disappeared from the practice with no warning or notification that this had taken place until trying to book my next appointment with her. Trying to find out how you can see her in future is like trying to get blood out of stone!

Been going there for 40 years. Will never go thete again. Wouldnt give me an appointment because i owed money from a year ago which i knew nothing about. I thought doctors were supposed to look after their patients not stress them out. Absolute hole of a place. All about money not patients. Disgusting

My family and I have been attending this clinic for years.
Dr Ulinov has consistently proven to be trustworthy, thorough, empathetic, honest and professional.
Dr Crookshank also good.
The chemist next door is convenient. Friendly staff with exceptional product knowledge

I keep getting sent messages on my phone saying to fill out a form with a link but my phone isn't even of the type which can get links up (not everyone has money for a good phone!). As someone who is quite unwell so sometimes is asleep during the day too, this is very annoying to get messages I cant even respond too esp if it's woken me up. (I've asked them more than once NOT to send me these messages on my phone and this is the THIRD TIME).

One Day at a time. We all have a bad day every now and then. Its great to have a place with people willing to help.
They have been so good to me. The Doc has sorted my heath problem and I'm on the road to recovery. They have help guide me all the way.
I feel so much better. Sleeping all night and no more headaches. I'm not getting any younger but I have more up and go.

I've been going to this practice for years. I've always found the staff to be really friendly and helpful. Seen a few doctors there over time and the majority have been excellent.
I've been particularly impressed by Dr Kartika recently. He's helped me with a health plan and organised other health care services to get my health back on track.

I went to this practice a fair few years ago and the GPs were fantastic. They have multiple GPs with different specialities which is so helpful. I recently required some immunisation information to be forwarded to me and the lovely, helpful nursing staff did so promptly and professionally.

Have been going to see dr Devi for many years to find out she is not longer available at this practice from rude receptionist & can’t even be told where she has gone. This is very upsetting as I have monthly appts & have built a bond with my dr. Now have to find someone else which will NOT be at at this doctors. Very upset & disheartened.

Doctor cruickshan is an absolute idiot. About as much help as a broken foot. Dont waste your time looking for help here

Was late less than mins for appointment, refused to see a gp.
Than get send a "did not attend fee" invoice.

Twice have I booked appointments recently only to turn up and be told by the receptionist I have no appointments booked. What a joke. And today I've been trying to call to book an appointment only to be stuck on hold for an unacceptable length of time. Very poor service, and I'm still here coughing my guts up.

I try not to give negative feedback, but where health is concerned it's important to flag problems. I had a skin lesion checked at SD&N, it was dismissed as eczema. I sought a second opinion it was diagnosed as skin cancer. Everyone makes mistakes, but in future I won't risk my, or my family's health by attending this clinic.

I visited the clinic couple of weeks back and am very satisfied with the service that I received. I was visited by Dr Annie. She was extremely caring, knowledgeable, and nice. Thanks Dr Annie for being so nice and supportive.
