I've been using this practice for a couple of years now. I've been to other practices in the area and I've always found this one to be the best. Doctors are lovely and friendly, nurses are great especially with the kids, and reception have always been really helpful. I love the new booking system and that you can see a GP's profile, it really helps when gaging an idea on who is best suited for what you need help with. I've recently had an appointment with Dr Maxwell Fulton and he was really amazing, you walk out knowing you were understood, and that your health is in safe hands.

The McDonalds of GP health services. If you think it might be serious get out immediately and go elsewhere. If you find a competent GP here follow them when they inevitably resign. Management is not interested in solving its admin problems. Emailing your concerns as recommended here is met without a response and good luck getting them to take your call.

Dr Ben is a brilliant help.
Admin also have been onto things much quicker.

Been on hold for over 45 minutes for a 2 minute issue, it takes a lot of anxiety for me to even call so I’m really upset no one is answering. I can’t afford to make another appointment just to fix an address on a form…

My family have been going to this surgery for years, took my teenage daughter to see a doctor on the 10th of May as she had a high temperature for two days. The doctor could not give me an answer, but said her ear was red, and gave a prescription for antibiotics stating as it costs so much to go back it would be cheaper to give a prescription and if she didn’t get better to give it to her and we were only in with the doctor for 5 minutes. We never received the Medicare rebate so we contacted Medicare the surgery never put the claim through so we had to. Now we are down $60 for a few weeks not happy.

I started going to this clinic in 2012 and was so happy to have found a "family" clinic, with caring, professional doctors and excellent front desk staff. They are now so commercialised that you spend up to 40 minutes just to get a phone call answered. Mammoth charges for the simplest of appointments. I have no problem with paying for medical care but when I spend (literally) 2 minutes on a teleconsult to have a replacement script faxed to the pharmacy and am charged through the tooth. Coupled with the repeatedly disappointing service, I just can't accept that. I've finally taken the plunge and found a new clinic.

Book appointment online but then you cannot cancel or change online. Have to ring to do this. On phone for hour or more and no one answers. This has happened on multiple occasions. I’ve also sat in the wait room and they were not on the phone it rang once but they did not answer it. On the phone message obviously. Their staff are not that busy…ridiculous. The app should let you make changes like the old one

Near impossible to get through on the phone. I have been put on hold multiple times only to give up or be cut off.very frustrating as this has related to incomplete prescription notes and double billing. I've found the doctors to give great service but the reception does not do their job properly.

Friendly staff and my doctor was early. Which made it easier with a 2 year old. My appointment was for my daughter, however the doctor took the time to notice a lump on my eye and suggested a blood test. I found he went out of his way to care for both of us.

Completely unprofessional. When I asked my regular gp for a referral was not done. When I complained I was yelled at by management and then yelled at by the doctor for complaining about her. Never got the referral and never going back. Going straight to HR and AHPRA.

Last app I had I had to wait over an hour in the waiting room to see the doctor for a 15min app. I went again today for a follow up for some issues I sat and waited for 30 mins to get in for my 5 min app then proceed to get charged $60 to my card which didn’t get rebated. Not impressed with the service at all, they have gone down hill in the last year. Not to mention that you can barely ever get an appointment

Terrible clinic.
Takes forever to phone in and speak to someone. It's actually quite shocking. I have driven from Marion while calling and arrived at the clinic before my call was answered.
Stopped accepting DVA White card with specific injuries accepted and mental health cover.
And now they demand credit card details to even make an appointment.
I was told that they won't debit my card until after the appointment. They then immediately went on to try and debit my card. Please don't lie to your customers.
No bulk billing, this place does not provide a service good enough to charge for it.
I've spoken to one staff member that sounded happy and was nice to deal with. The rest sound miserable, possibly due to hearing non stop complaints about the service.
Coming from Sydney that has shown me exceptional service over and over, Adelaides medical system is proving to be a right pain in the arse.
I guess people go there because they have to as there is not much else in the area and this clinic just seems to take advantage of that.
The clinic was almost OK when I started going there. Now it's infuriating.
Definitely not there to help people but for one goal only and that's to get rich.

Used to be such a good surgery. Dr Wheeler was incredible and truly cared. Now. You get charged a 60 fee when you call and ask for the script you forgot to ask the doctor for the day before because you were in mind numbing pain. Long term scripts here they give at much less than other surgeries so you have to pay to see them sooner. They no longer care about people or their quality of life, they milk vulnerable people for money any chance they can. It's truly sad. Please don't bring your family here if you want doctors that care about you, because they don't anymore. After more than 10 years bringing my family here, this breaks my heart. But I do care about people, and it shouldn't be this way. Don't go here

ON HOLD FOR 1 HOUR AND COUNTING

If you ever try to get in touch allocate 30 minutes of hold time before the phone rings, i had previously sat in the waiting room with my phone calling, no phones were ringing and staff were chatting to eachother.

Now today that i need to get in touch as i am out of town and need information i sit on hold for OVER 1 HOUR and counting. This practice has become one of the worst since the renovations.

I have been coming to this clinic since it opened and have seen 2 Doctors both of which are excellent.
The staff here are always friendly and helpful as well as the Doctors.
I cannot speak highly enough of the clinic and would recommend it to everyone.
