Taxi never came. Trying to support taxi drivers by calling 13cabs when I needed a ride. Extended hold time to book a cab, 15 minute wait, still nothing. Downloaded ola, driver 1min away. Mind you, this was 11am on Port Road in Adelaide, a main arterial Rd into and out of the city. Very disappointing.

I waited over AN HOUR for a taxi and they made me an hour late to work. I wish I'd called an uber instead of calling 13cabs three times. Even after confirming that they were coming to pick me up, an Adelaide Independent Taxi came first. Very disappointed.

Terrible phone service. I rang to cancel a pickup reservation for the next morning and had to deal with some sarcastic smart mouth jerk. No wonder they have such a low rating.

En route the Driver INSISTED I sign a blank journey slip - I said I would when the journey was over and the charge is written on the slip. At journey end driver REFUSED to to complete the slip and give it to me to sign saying it was not necessary. I suspect he would falsify the charge and sign the slip himself.

Just had driver in number plate 4078 overtake me moments ago at 6: 50pm 02/05/19 in the rain in the intersection of Main North Rd and the City Ring Road. I just hope someone in your organisation can reprimand the driver for breaking the road rules. Driver was in the lane going straight on Main North Road, then suddenly decided to veer into my lane in the intersection as I was turning right. Just parkedmy car to write this as I'm feeling quite taken by the sheer stupidity of this driver. Cheers.

Taxi 778 31/03/2019 12: 45-1: 00. The guy doesn't know simple road rules, let alone how to drive sensibly on the road.

The fella not only tried cutting me off stationary at a set of red lights last minute, proceeded to brake test me, roll his window down to spout some nonsense but also drove up the arse of every other driver on tapleys hill road (near harbour town).

If these are the kind of drivers you employ, you wonder why people use Uber instead.

Extremely rude and ineffectual phone service after calling to enquire about a prepaid taxi that was 20 minutes late. Customer service representative was accusatory and audibly irritated before hanging up on me. Would not recommend.

The app works OK, but many drivers call you up, ask where you are going and then cancel. This morning with my pregnant wife and 16 month old baby standing on the side of the road as driver after driver cancelled, I thought it was time to leave a review. This service should be great, but right now, it isn’t. I’ll stick with uber and Sheba.

Call a taxi at 12: 30 in morning waited out side for almost 2 hours I call to see what's going on and they told me they picked up wrong person how does that happen I'm the only one on my street that called a taxi now its 2: 30 I in morning and there not sure how long its gonna take and the guy was Bella rude when I was asking what's going on and how long the taxi would be I'm so angry and now I've been waiting 3and half hours for a cab this is ridiculous

I wish I could give a big fat ZERO rating. Operators need to learn respect and not to make fun of people who are simply trying to get home SAFE! Absolutely appalled. After waiting close to an hour and calling 3 and giving destination details, the driver expected me to type in the address I was heading too, in his phone (I chose to give vocal directions) instead of him using the big GPS next to the steering wheel and also kept checking his phone the whole trip! Never using again!

Booked a maxi taxi 24 hours in advance. Phoned up when it was 10 minutes late to be told they can't guarantee a maxi taxi.why bother advertising it then and what's the point of booking? Then told me they could try get me two taxis.twice the cost? But then couldn't guarantee when they would get there! No wonder uber is taking over. I won't use a taxi again.

The pig in taxi 1228 at 6.25 am 1/12/18 threw rubbish out in my driveway after a $108 fare! Grot, go litter your own country Tom.

Don't book. Worst, unreliable & rudest company I've ever dealt with. They don't provide any notification if your driver isn't coming on or near time & expect you to be understanding. They need to learn some customer service. This is the very reason Uber destroyed this industry.

I had to pick my friend up on the way to the hotel, and the driver turned off the meter at my friend's house and said $10. I said "why, we're going to the hotel next". He said we'll have to start a new fare, so another $5.90 flagfall. The driver was rude and we called a different taxi company for the ride home. I'll never ride with them again.
